AGAINST THE TIDE TV NEWSLETTER – OCTOBER 2019

To celebrate the Reformation Day, we arranged for an admission-free screening of the film “Luther” at one of the Lublin’s movie theaters. The facility was packed – over 250 people showed up! Our clubs are planning screenings of this film in other cities.

The government-controlled and main stream media initiated a simultaneous smear campaign against us. In one day, twenty press titles in near unison featured articles depicting us as a dangerous cult. Consequently, many people, especially children, became objects of attacks on the Internet, on the streets, in schools, and among family members. We have taken legal and media action. You may support us by signing and propagating the following petition.

We managed to complete a dubbed Polish version of the film “Genesis: Paradise Lost.” We are the first ones in the world to do it!

We developed a video material promoting the “Christian University” project among Christians in Poland. We have already received promising initial feedback.

A delegation from our television visited the United States again. They participated in the Pulaski Day Parade in New York City. We had a wonderful time of fellowship with Polish friends living on the East Coast, as well as in Chicago and Canada.

Last month, we had two opportunities to interview Gen. Robert Spalding, former advisor to President Donald Trump. The occasion was the publishing of the Polish edition of his book, “Stealth War.” Also, we met him in person during European Cybersecurity Forum – CYBERSEC 2019 in Katowice, Poland.

A parliamentary election took place in Poland. The Catholic-conservative ruling party won the Sejm (lower house), but they lost the Senate (upper house). During the election campaign, the leader of the party, Jarosław Kaczyński, uttered the following slogans: “The (Catholic) Church has been and is a herald and keeper of one and only – commonly known in Poland – system of values” and “Every decent Pole must know what the role of the Church is and that apart from it – once again – there is only nihilism.” Immediately after that, the government television began a coordinated attack against our church. The ruling party, Law and Justice, is in fact a post-communist party that is raising taxes and enhancing socialism. It does not comprehend the republican freedoms of religion, worldview, speech, and media. In the near future, it is planning to subject Polish journalists to regulation by special authority.

Third temple in Jerusalem #Apocalypseisnotafiction

In a very detailed interview to Chabad.info in August 2015, Yoram Ginsburg – leading architect of a team working on “Built Jerusalem” “ירושלים הבנויה”, shares the details about the plans to design a new mega-metropolis in the city of Jerusalem. Including turning Ashdod into the biggest commercial center in the Middle East; Jerusalem into the religious center of the world – the size of New York City, to be populated by 10 million people. And at the heart of it all, of course, the Temple.

Yoram Ginsburg is a very well-known Israeli architect who had studied and specialized in architecture in Florence, Italy. He is currently a senior lecturer at the University of Ariel. “Yoram is a “secular” jew, a considered and rational person and a man of deep thought. He views himself as a believer belonging to the group of “transparent kippah”.

Ginsburg was growing up in a non-religious school but during his Religion classes found the love to the God of Israel and Torah. “Since then I see my life as a mission and global responsibility. Therefore when I was approached (by Yehuda Etzion) to serve as the architect responsible for the re-planning of Jerusalem my birth town, I saw in it a wonderful overseeing of the God: I felt like I was waiting for this phone call my entire life.”

Yoram Ginzburg at a The Sovereignty Movement conference, Dec 2017

Ginsburg and his team are quietly working on the “Built Jerusalem” project for the past 10 years. Away from the public eye and the media, in almost complete secrecy. “The main part of the plan is classified as secret” says Ginsburg. “It is impossible to share them, they are still not approved for advertising (for now).”

There are various groups and organizations in Israel who support the idea of building the third temple. Some looking for ways of compromise with the Arabs and Palestinians and a liberal ecumenical solution. Others, like Yoram Ginsburg, Yehuda Etzion, and his colleague, see a vision of one Jewish nation in the land of Israel that exercises sovereignty over the entire territory of the land. Arabs will be equal citizens if they pledge their allegiance to the state of Israel and even take up Giyur (convert to Judaism).

Most of Ginsburg’s friends and colleagues, when asked to comment on the project either say that it’s an ambitious idea or an imagination disconnected from reality. But when asked about the possibility of the 3rd Jewish temple being erected tomorrow, most skeptical people respond to the idea positively and with great joy.

LBGT pride parade in Tel-Aviv

“Vast majority of Israelis adopted a modern lifestyle of pleasure and individualism, void of all content and real hope. This state of consciousness can be compared to a shapeless dough. Without a compass and source of authority, God of Israel, and Torah, we are left in a hopeless state destined to lose our direction”, says Ginsburg.

“This is why I’ve enlisted for this project whose goal is to project in the present, the picture of the future – Built Jerusalem, thus also return the spirit and hope to all those parts of the Israeli society.”

“Today, most of the nation has lost its direction, no central anchor in their lives. Jerusalem itself is a testimony, built without a clear plan or hierarchy, no real presence or a point of anchor, and therefore with no identity or character. All these things force us to understand that the nation needs a direction.”

Dome of the Rock, Jerusalem

The city will expand to gigantic proportions, the world has not seen yet. Future Jerusalem is designed to be the Capital of the World. It will increase its size 8 fold and will spread across an area of 1000 km2. Beit Shemesh, Maale Adumim, Gush Etzion, Ramallah, and Beit Lehem. For comparison, Jerusalem currently spans an area of only 125 km2, according to Ginsburg.

Ginsburg sees future Jerusalem closer to the dimensions of today’s New York City and a city which inhabits within its territory, 5 million residents, similar to Moscow of Today.
A 120 km highway named Land Moriah Path, circling the borders of the city will be built. Which is a similar distance to a return trip from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

The new Built Jerusalem expansion plan.

10 million will stand and watch

Most of Ginzburg’s attention is aimed at the Butterfly Boulevard which he sees as the heart of the plan.

“A boulevard encircling the Temple. From the Palace of the Commissioner, through Mount Zion, Safra squares up to the Meaa Shearim border, Ma’ale HaZeitim and Mount of Olives totaling 8 km2.”

Butterfly Boulevard with the new Temple at the heart of it.

This territory will be under the responsibility the of Temple Authority Committee which will operate parallel to the Municipality of Jerusalem and will be responsible for all that takes place in the Butterfly Boulevard. “The Temple will be located at a slightly lower location to its neighboring hilltops. (…) Basically, the Temple is located in a sort of natural amphitheater”, says Ginsburg.

“All throughout the world, it’s very rare to find a place on a hill where all its surrounding hills are higher while being at the same distance from the center hill. This creates a natural amphitheater. The only place that resembles this is Jerusalem’s Har Shila. The boulevard itself and its enormous surrounding hills would allow 10 million people to watch simultaneously what is happening outside the temple. The sacrifices of the Priests and its accompanied musical performances.”

“The third Temple will be much taller than the second temple. All the entrances to the city and its streets are designed in such a way as to connect to three massive forks – just like Rome all leading to the Butterfly Boulevard and from there straight to the Temple. All designed to centralize Jerusalem and direct all who come in its proximity towards the center of the city, the Temple.”

Map of Rome’s road infrastructure

Heaven on earth

“It’s common to hear in Torah that Jerusalem is the light to the nations. This is what we want Jerusalem to be. A city that will host everyone who comes to visit.” Ginsburg sees in her the perfect city with a perfect merger between nature and technology, holiness, and spiritual inspiration with all of it coming together.

“Five million people will be able to find a place to sleep in Jerusalem this is on top of the 5 million permanent residents. Every place a man will go to, he will feel at home. Everywhere will be a place to shade from the sun, a bench for rest drinking water flowing, fruit trees, natural fresh air, and all for free. Local laws will aid and provide hefty financial grants to every citizen of Jerusalem who will build an additional hosting unit.”

“This feeling that will surround the future Jerusalem will be like a collective living room where everyone is responsible for its fulfillment, everyone is contributing to the welfare and maintenance of the city.”

“Every person that gets close to the outskirts of Jerusalem will feel the influence of the holiness. This wealth and fullness will instinctively create the need to contribute to the other – this is the holiness itself”, says Ginsburg.

“We, therefore, have to make sure that the holiness and the spirituality will have a material expression in the form of maximum comfort and abundance, to a point where everyone who will set foot in Jerusalem and will feel all this material goodness, will be intensely influenced by it. His awareness will change towards an awareness that will feel the special Godly holiness of Jerusalem, because of this site – the place of dwelling of God, The Temple.

Ashdod – The Marine Jerusalem

Architectural plans for Ashdod – “Marine Jerusalem”

Parts of the “Built Jerusalem” project include plans for the city of Ashdod, which will be renamed to “Marine Jerusalem” (ירושלים הימית).

“Ashdod will be appended to Jerusalem and will provide it access to the sea. The Marine Jerusalem will serve as the business center of Jerusalem – because we want to separate the holy from the profane”, says Ginsburg. “There will be a stock market, office spaces, an underground train connecting the two cities, and all the non-religious matters that we don’t want to be part of the holy city. A proper Manhattan.”

“We chose Ashdod because the port is much larger than the one in Tel-Aviv. A massive international airport will be constructed, partial drying and expansion of the coastline, as well as the construction of an enormous commercial and banking center, the largest in all of Middle East. A high-speed train will be connecting the two cities, taking up to 10 min travel one way.”

“They forced the monks to praise Mao Zedong!” – Lama Thubten Wangchen

Lama Thubten Wangchen, a close associate of the Dalai Lama, is visiting Poland. He is on a world tour visiting Chinese embassies around the world in an attempt to open a dialog, calling for restoration of human rights and human treatment of Tibetans by China. Chinese embassy in Poland is the 90th Chinese embassy he has visited. So far no other Polish media outlet, apart from Against the Tide TV (Idź Pod Prąd TV) has taken up the topic. Please share this exclusive interview with Lama Wangchen and his insight into the dramatic situation in Tibet!

“The 1st of October was the 70th anniversary of People’s Republic of China. Everywhere they make big celebrations. Actually, it has been 70 years of bloodshed, 70 years of killing and repression. There’s nothing to celebrate. But the whole world celebrated. And Tibetans do not agree. And inside Tibet they really don’t support this kind of celebration. But the Chinese government forced Tibetan monks and nuns to come out from the monastery and, holding red Chinese flag with a star, sing and praise Mao Zedong and his Red Book. The Chinese government is giving the obligation to the Buddhist people to praise Mao Zedong and hold Chinese red flag. There’s a lot of control. There has been 70 years of repression and Communist Party. They celebrated recently. Now is the time to change the Chinese government. More democracy, more human rights, more freedom of the people is more important than “Made in China”.

Cooperation with China weakens the country – General Spalding in AT TV

“The real threat is the economic weakening of Poland overtime with this relationship. Relations with China don’t just bring benefits to the population. In fact, they bring job loses, factory loses, and then they bring suppression of speech, suppression of religion. Elites and others within your country will begin to make decisions that benefit the Chinese Communist Party to the detriment of Polish people. This is inevitable in any national relationship with the Chinese Communist Party”, said Gen. Robert Spalding, co-creator of the National Security Strategy of the United States, former Senior Director for Strategy to the President Donald Trump, in an interview for Against the Tide TV.

AGAINST THE TIDE TV NEWSLETTER – SEPTEMBER 2019

#IPPTV

We were physically assaulted (pushed and hit with flagpoles) by communist agents from the Chinese embassy in Warsaw. It happened as we remembered the communist crime in the Tiananmen Square during a rally organized by the embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Warsaw. They were commemorating the 70th anniversary of the emergence of communist China and establishing diplomatic relations between the PRC and communist Poland. Several hundred thousand people have seen the video report from the incident. The Polish police did not respond. Journalists from the mainstream media and politicians ignored the fact. See the report from this event.

In support for free Hong Kong we joined the international anticommunist protest and demonstration organized in Warsaw in front of the embassy of communist China. In our studio, we hosted two students from Hong Kong, the organizers of the protest. They explained why people, especially the young, protest so persistently against the communist domination. See the interview in English.

The new issue of the Against the Tide magazine got published. The leading theme of the issue is the motto, “Choose Freedom.” During the visit of the vice-president of the United States, Mike Pence, we were able to interview Edward Mosberg, a 93-year-old Polish Jew and Holocaust survivor. He has been President Donald Trump’s guest a number of times.

We have launched our TV’s English-language webpage, againstthetide.tv. We are encouraging you to get familiar especially with our note about marginalizing – or even censoring – the speech given in Poland by Vice-President Pence:

The English version of our animation, “Apocalypse is Not a Fiction,” is available on our channel.

We were saddened to hear about the media attack by leftist circles (POLITICO, Guardian) on Liberty University, the largest Christian university in the world, characterized by their strong involvement in politics on the right and support for President Donald Trump. To encourage the Liberty University community and thank them for their example and inspiration we recorded a short video clip.

In order to demonstrate to what degree Polish intellectuals have acquired leftist mentality in the aftermath of the communist era, we are including an excerpt from a statement by the conference of rectors (presidents) of all the Polish institutions of higher education.

They threaten disciplinary action against any academic, who would dare to express criticism of the LGBT ideology. We are hoping that this will bolster your understanding of the urgent necessity for establishing the first Christian university in Poland.

In September, we sent out a letter to churches and pastors in Poland informing them about our plans to establish a Christian university in Poland and requesting their participation in the project. Here is the content of the letter in English.

The first edition of the book, “Difficult Verses,” by Pastor Paweł Chojecki, discussing problematic verses in connection with the eternal security of believers sold out very quickly. We have already got the second edition supplemented by an index of Bible verses. Here is an ad for the book.

In the middle of September, we hosted the Israeli band Miqedem. They are one of the most popular music groups of Messianic Jews in the world! There is a short video report from the concert on our channel. This was a great opportunity to meet in Lublin people from other churches. We even had guests from Romania.

Polish universities have never broken the grip of communism!

A few days ago, the conference of Polish rectors expressed its position in the matter of the LGBT ideology. It happened after one of the Polish professors (prof. Andrzej Nalaskowski) published an essay critical of this ideology. He was suspended from teaching with immediate effect by the rector of Nicolaus Copernicus University, prof. Andrzej Tretyn. The Polish academic community predominantly supported the university’s outrageous decision, which is expressed in the official statement by the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland.

The rectors of Polish institutions of higher education demand disciplinary action against any academic, who would dare to criticize the LGBT ideology. These practices of limiting the freedom of speech and harassing people with other views show how much the legacy of communism has permeated Polish universities. Here is the full text of the statement by the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland:

Statement of the Executive Committee of CRASP

Concerning Preservation of Basic Values in Public Debate

dated September 23, 2019

Freedom of speech is a fundamental value that should guide every academic institution. However, school is also a place of formation, where the primary values are regard for dignity and respect for human beings, regardless of one’s ethnic background, confession of faith, nationality, or sexual orientation. Members of the academic community – professors, students, administrative and technical staff – should be guardians of these values.

In the situation when divisions within the society took form of a clear-cut cultural controversy, when one part of the society observes the right of individuals of LGBT orientation to personal freedom, and the other part considers it an extremely dangerous ideology, it behooves us to refer to scientific facts. Sexual orientation is not a choice of life-style. Statistics concerning suicide cases demonstrate this; for example, suicide rates in the transgender group are several times higher than in the general population. Choices made by people of LGBT orientation are very difficult decisions due to the disparity between their biological sex and psychological gender identification; it is not a matter of ideological “infection.”

In the academic community, we should respect knowledge and refer to it while articulating our own positions. We should set the example of restraint in the use of language – language cannot hurt. Use of the word “infection” has already incited “disinfection” of cities. We are appealing to both sides to discontinue fueling the tension. Also, the side recognizing freedom of art without limits, at times deriding religious symbols, encourages offending the feeling of believers. Radicals on both sides influence the general social atmosphere with increasing clarity. Further exacerbation of this conflict is dangerous to all!

We are expressing our strong opposition to the actions of those members of the academic community, who use language evoking the darkest pages of Poland’s and the world’s history. Such acts – that are not in keeping with the duties of academic teachers and the dignity of the profession – should unconditionally be subject to disciplinary consequences in our schools.

Together against the Chinese threat! Join Hong Kong protest in Warsaw!

On 29th September 2019 (Sun), we will gather in the cities all around the world in solidarity with Hongkongers fighting for freedom! Hong Kong residents have been protesting for three months against violations of freedom and human rights by the Hong Kong authorities and the Chinese government. Today, due to China’s economic expansion and its growing influence on politicians, Chinese communism is threatening the whole world. Hong Kong is on the front line in the fight for a free world.

Poles know what the fight for freedom is, they know what communism is. Let’s stand side by side with Hongkongers and let’s show them that Poles support their fight for freedom!

Come for a rally of support for Hong Kong, which will take place in Warsaw at the Embassy of Communist China, at the side gate on Świętojerska Street. The gathering will take place this Sunday, September 29, from 1 PM to 5 PM.

Action objectives:

  • Support Hong Kong Democratic Movement
  • Against China’s oppression on human rights and religious
  • Against China’s expansionism
  • To urge the Polish government reviewing all economic cooperation with China, including “Belt and Road” Initiative

The Warsaw City Council has approved the rally.

Organizers are asking everyone attending to dress in black to adapt to protesters around the world. Also, feel free to come with your own banner with slogans of support for free Hong Kong. Take your umbrella – it is the symbol of the protests in Hong Kong.

Communist Chinese attack Poles in Warsaw! [VIDEO]

“Communist Chinese became aggressive, purposely hitting our banner, hands and camera with their flag poles. One Chinese woman shouted at us objecting to being recorded without permission! At one point she hit the camera really hard.” “They were also trying to bribe us, one Chinese showed up with a bundle of hundred-zloty bills and invited us to the cafe to talk”, the course of events in the capital is reported by Mateusz from the Against the Tide Warsaw club, who filmed the whole incident.

This attack on Poles took place this Saturday in Warsaw, on Krakowskie Przedmieście street. During a celebration of the 70th anniversary of the rise of communist China and the establishment of diplomatic relations between the People’s Republic of China and communist Poland (Bolesław Bierut – Mao Zedong, 1949). Against the Tide Warsaw club showed up to remind the Poles of the crimes of Communist Chinese regime at Tienanmen Square, where 30 years ago on June 4, 1989, communists murdered an estimate of 10,000 peaceful protesters. To this day, in communist China, it is forbidden to talk about the massacre at Beijing’s Tienanmen Square.

VIDEO from the scene of the incident

Just before the speech of the Chinese Ambassador, Against the Tide Club members stood on the street with a banner saying: “June 4, 1989. The Tienanmen Square Massacre. We remember.

“We did not enter the area of the event, we did not block the passage”, says Mateusz from the Against the Tide Warsaw Club.

“Our banner began to spike interest and positive reactions of passers-by. People started taking pictures. At this point, a group of Chinese people took out their Chinese and Polish flags, and attempted to block us out, covering our banner. Our club members have moved with the banner a few meters away, behind the Ambassador’s car. Communist Chinese followed us, carrying the flags attempting to blocked out the banner again. At this point, an elegantly dressed Chinese woman began to talk to us in Polish, telling us to go away and stop interrupting their party. When she was told that the club members were not entering the area of their event, were not disturbing its course, only standing on a Polish street, she got nervous. She then returned to the other communist Chinese carrying the flags, pushing them towards our club members (which can be seen in the film). The lady told them to follow us like a shadow and block out the banner”, said an eyewitness to the events.

Despite the fact that Poles were standing on the street peacefully, the communist Chinese attacked them: “At one point we were at the opposite side of the street, quite far from the Chinese party, but the Chinese with communist red flags approached us again. They became aggressive, purposely hitting our banner, hands and camera with their flag poles. One Chinese woman in dark glasses was particularly aggressive. She shouted at us, objecting to being recorded without permission! At one point she hit the camera really hard”.

“They feel in Poland like in China. They think they have the right to ban Polish media from filming! #Chinazi”, editor Hanna Shen, Against the Tide TV correspondent in Taiwan, commented on the scandalous situation in Warsaw.

However, Polish activists and journalists were not intimidated. They exercised their rights and peacefully protested on Krakowskie Przedmieście. However, the Chinese, whose country is known for corruption, did not give up: “There was also an attempt to bribe us, one Chinese in a leather jacket showed a bundle of hundred-zloty bills and invited us to the cafe to “get along”. We’ve documented this in our video”, says the coordinator of Against the Tide Warsaw club. Poles were not bribed and stood undeterred with a banner on the street.

Despite the physical attack of these Chinese on Poles, no police appeared at the scene. Poles did not experience any help from law enforcement officers.

However, ordinary people responded positively to the Against the Tide’s banner: “People’s reactions, both Poles and foreigners’, were very positive. They were surprised by the way the Chinese acted, that they attempted to cover our banner so intensely and did not allow us to stand still. Nobody may have stood up for us, but we saw that they supported us. A lot of people took pictures, showed friendly gestures, expressed positive attitude towards us”.

The Chinese event calls into question the anti-communist approach of the Law and Justice government. These “celebrations” are part of the campaign to promote communist China in Poland. No wonder, since President Andrzej Duda himself raised the rank of strategic partnership with China (concluded by President Bronisław Komorowski) to a comprehensive strategic partnership.

It is worth mentioning that at the same time, on Piłsudski Square, a near 3 min walk away from the place where commemorations of the communist Chinese were taking place , another event “Spark of Remembrance” was under way, dedicated to Poles murdered by Russian communists in the Katyn forests in 1940.

Paradoxically no self respecting Pole would ever agree to propagation of any form of Russian communism in Poland, but at the same breath most would turn a blind eye to Communist practices sponsored by the current murderous Communist Chines regime.

AGAINST THE TIDE TV NEWSLETTER AUGUST/SEPTEMBER 2019

The last weekend of summer vacation was filled with the visit from the Vice President of the United States, Mike Pence, who came in place of President Donald Trump. It was a very important Christian event for contemporary Poland. For many Poles it was the first time ever that they could hear the Word of God spoken by a political leader! Mike Pence very aptly chose the passage from 2 Cor. 3:17, “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” Every day we tell Polish people the same thing during our shows – without conversion of the elites of our nation to Christ we will never become a free and strong country. In Poland, the communists left behind a myth that Christians should not be involved in politics. Both, the life witness of this former Catholic, who had converted to Jesus, and his speech may mark the turning point in the spiritual history of our generation.

Our church members and the TV team were the only organized group welcoming the Vice President of the United States. Unfortunately, this shows ever growing effectiveness of the Russian-German and Vatican propaganda aimed at discouraging Poles from a partnership-based alliance with the Unites States of America, in favor of surrendering independence in order to build federal European Union. In practice, this means eradication of nation states.

Photos showing our group have been published around the world. Vice President Pence and his wife honored our representatives, as they nearly stopped their limo and waved to our club members holding banners saying, #Trump2020 and #PolandStandsWithUSA:

We also prepared a pamphlet titled, #PolandStandsWithUSA, in Polish and English. We are asking you to circulate it among your contacts: https://againstthetide.tv/2019/08/28/why-should-poland-and-the-usa-stand-together-leaflet-for-printing/

We published Pastor Paweł Chojecki’s book, “Difficult Verses,” in which he analyzes the majority of verses used by people who dispute the eternal security of believers, and the most conspicuous heresies of Catholicism. The Pastor’s intension was that the profit from selling this book would become the founding fund for the University. During the same month, other donors added 110,000 PLN to the fund! This motivated us to make a decision to initiate specific actions in implementing the University project. This year, we are launching a pilot college-level course in the history of the early Church, from the apostolic times to Emperor Constantine. It will be taught by Andreas Stutz, a PhD candidate at the Master’s University in California and a lecturer at Israel College of the Bible.

Our video-clip, #FreeHongKong, has become very popular; it has been viewed nearly 200,000 times. In their comments, thousands of citizens of Hong Kong thanked us for our support. As the Go Against the Tide community, we joined the international campaign, #Eye4HK, as a measure of solidarity with the paramedic, who was shot in her eye by a policeman and lost her sight.

We have translated new material promoting Polish Heroes of the West. The previous was about King Jan III Sobieski. This time it is about Maria Curie-Skłodowska. She was the first woman, who received the Noble Prize and was also the first person, who was awarded two such prizes. We would like to thank the Americans from Freedom Project Academy for making this video available to us!

We are pleased with the young generation of teenagers (ages 13-17) eager to work at our newsroom. The highlight of their vacation apprenticeship was the August film workshops that resulted in production of our first movies.
