“The real threat is the economic weakening of Poland overtime with this relationship. Relations with China don’t just bring benefits to the population. In fact, they bring job loses, factory loses, and then they bring suppression of speech, suppression of religion. Elites and others within your country will begin to make decisions that benefit the Chinese Communist Party to the detriment of Polish people. This is inevitable in any national relationship with the Chinese Communist Party”, said Gen.
