“It’s not possible nor is it advisable to make a distinction between economic, political and military relationships with the CCP.” – Dr. Andreas Fulda, Associate Professor, Faculty of Social Sciences – School of Politics and International Relations at the University of Nottingham and author of The Struggle for democracy in mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. In an interview with – Poland’s Against the Tide TV, Head of Research Cezary Kłosowicz, Dr. Fulda talks about Europe’s approach to the CCP, Czech’s visit in Taiwan, Nordstream 2 and the coming US elections [3 min read].
China is ruled by Stalinist Xi Jingping, from a Leninist CCP, using Maoist tactics
Heiko Maas is the weakest and least competent Foreign Minister in German’s history
2020 is the year of reckoning for free world-China relationships
Czech’s visit to Taiwan should lead other members of EU to follow their footsteps
Biden is surrounded by naive and unconditionally pro China people
We’ve seen in the past four decades that politicians, business leaders, journalists and academics have effectively normalized the Chinese Communist Party. Suggesting that it’s somehow just another political organization. A Political party like anywhere else in the world. But what they conveniently overlook is that this (China) is of course a one party state.
In 2020 we have a Stalinist Xi Jingping, a General Secretary who is presiding over Leninist party state using Maoist tactics.
This Stalinist Leninnst Maoist regime is a rather toxic mix and it should set off alarm bells around the world. But if you have individuals who only think of the bottom line and want to cozy up to the CCP for trade deals or selling goods and services, they will not talk straight and address the challenge that we have on our hands. This “economics only” approach is not possible in the case of hard authoritarian country like China.
“Increasingly European Politicians, diplomats, journalists and academics all realize the CCP has metabolized in an unhealthy way. So the lure of Chinese markets and quick profits people were banking on, haven’t really materialized.”
When China entered the WTO there was this hope that Western companies would be able to access huge markets and that their system will become more rule bound. But now in 2020 the day of reckoning has come.
“In case of Germany it’s often said that China is our biggest market. That is true if you look at it from a country to country basis. But these people often omit the fact that the European market is the most important market. More than 70% of German exports go to Europe, 8% to the USA and only 7% go to China.”
“I think very critically of Heiko Maas, especially when it comes to Hong Kong. Last year he met with democracy activist Joshua Wong and then just last year he threw him under the proverbial bus by calling him a separatist, which was a totally untrue and unfounded accusation. […] This is no secret in Berlin he is probably the weakest and least capable foreign ministers that Germany ever had. When he changes the rhetoric (on CCP and Hong Kong) that’s always welcome but without specific actions all talk is cheap.”

“I told the CCP if you are trying to silence me I will not accept the money. And I will not be silenced. […] If you want freedom you must stand up and fight for it. If a blind person was able to stand up to the CCP. Other people are even more capable of fighting back.” – Chen Guangchen, a blind self-taught barefoot lawyer from China and one of CCP’s biggest nightmares, in his first interview with Polish television talks about his support for President Trump, his friendship with Hollywood actor Christian Bale and his fight against abortions and human rights in China.
“I felt extremely disappointed and very very sad. I felt that the US has given up on it’s fundamental values, democracy, human rights and freedom in exchange for relationship with the CCP.”
If the free world with it’s values will not change the CCP, the CCP will change the free world. It’s not only a threat to the Chinese people but now also to the whole world. Corona Virus which originated in China and has now changed lives across the world is a clear example.

Why do you praise President Trump’s leadership and support him in the coming elections?
“The fact that his administration decided to confront the CCP regime showed me that Trump and his admin understand the CCP Evil they understand that they don’t represent the Chinese people.”
“He has thrown away the policy of appeasement of past administrations. They are supporting the Chinese people helping them getting rid of the CCP. If the appeasement policy returns to USA-China relationships, it will be detrimental not only to Chinese future of democracy but also democracy in the USA.”
“When you peel back the layers of this social justice movement we are really looking at Marxist theology.” – Director Scotty Curlee lecturer in LibertyU, War Room [2015] and Extraordinary [2017], talks with Eunika Chojecka from Against the Tide TV, about the new Oscar Academy awards guidelines.
“When we pull apart this process of BLM and what organizations are behind it. What is the theology or the methodology behind it that is driving it, it’s a little bit concerning. In fact, it’s a big concern. As you peel back the layers you realize there is an agenda here that is not healthy for the freedom it is not healthy for the USA.”
So the academy is reinforcing that [BLM and social justice] movement that is currently going on in the USA. […] When you peal back the layers of this social justice movement we are really looking at Marxist theology.
“Yuri Bezmenov who was intelligence specialist with the KGB defected to Canada and then the USA warned of ideological subversion. It’s a four-step process. Demoralization, Destabilization, Crisis, and Normalization (new normal). And this social justice movement involves a Demoralization process. We are currently at Destabilization and quickly headed towards Crisis here at the elections.
The Demoralization process has been at play for a very long time. You do that through education and entertainment. A lot of these agendas have been injected through these two modalities. Most people have not realized that entertainment has been used as psychological operations or Psyops. Used by the military quite often. So when you begin to understand the 80,000-foot view and how these agendas fit into progressing the Marxist movement, it’s quite concerning.”
“Great filmmakers with great stories will be excluded because they will not fill the criteria of these new sets of guidelines. […] It’s getting away from craft and putting too much political agenda into art. It’s hard to separate the two, they always collide in one way or another but this will bring out some strong emotions from people.”
“The jobs should go to the most qualifying people whether if it’s all caucasian, Asian or black actors it doesn’t matter. We shouldn’t inject all these artificial parameters to meet a particular quota and if you don’t you are excluded from the potential of being awarded. We should think how we can help the artists tell the story.”
Do you feel discriminated as a filmmaker? “Some of the guidelines are directly excluding what we believe as born again Christians. It’s the opposite of our agenda as Christians. There are certain things in there that I don’t agree with that, again, fit into this Marxist agenda. When you pull it apart it’s about disassembling the nucleus of the family. It’s about ideologically subverting the generation watching this entertainment and now the academy is part of that process rewarding it which is totally unfortunate.”
“All of us are concerned about the way this is going. These OTT platforms are going to lose viewership. (…) We will see how they will respond by how they spend their money. They will not watch the academies. The numbers have been going down and you will see less people watching and subscription will drop in the years to come.”
Mark Simon, senior Next Media executive, AppleDaily, Jimmy Lai’s right hand and friend for over 20 years, sheds light on CCP’s influences in Hong Kong, Europe and USA, their #VaticanDeal and appeals to the Polish people and government to cut ties with Communists.
“What Pope Francis is doing is going to leave a black mark against the church for a thousand years”.
Poland, is it really worth it, for a dollar a month to sell your security and the entire nation to Communist China?
EU, Mercedes Benz, Siemens, and other big corps are fully invested in China. They don’t understand how evil the CCP is.
Jimmy Lai’s will end up in HK prison eventually, his arrest shows the CCP will go after everyone who opposes them.
You can’t have repression of a free press and a financial center. Doesn’t work.
Vatican and the Pope thought they were going to have a great relationship with the CCP but then “Hong Kong happened. The Uyghurs have happened”, says Simon. “This Pope is sitting in the Vatican keeping completely silent on a genocide that is taking place against the Uyghurs.”
“I can’t tell you the duplicity with the way the Vatican deals with this. And I’ve seen it firsthand. I’ve seen it over and over again. Cardinal Zen tells him something is going to happen. Other loyal church followers tell them something negative is going to happen in China. They completely ignore it. Francis has completely let people down.
— Against the Tide (Idź Pod Prąd) TV (@AgainstTideTV) July 13, 2020
And because of that, because the Church is probably the most formally strong group in China, everybody suffers. The evangelical house churches suffer. Of course, the Uyghurs are suffering. All religions suffer when the main religion basically packs it in. And what I mean by packs it in is Pope Francis and his secretary of state, Parolin, are literally pompadours of the mainland Chinese. I can’t tell you what they’ve done. Also, by the way, just so everybody knows, the Vatican China deal does include Hong Kong.”
CCP is trying to eat the cake and keep it full, with Hong Kong. Simon explains that you can’t have an independent free-market financial sector, suppression of freedom of speech and socialism. “Hong Kong is an international financial center and information is the lifeblood of any city. But more importantly, the information is the lifeblood and it’s everything for a financial center.
If you pull down Apple Daily for what is essentially just disagreeing with the government, you’ve really struck a blow against Hong Kong as a financial center. So to me, the day they decide that they’re really getting rid of Apple Daily is also the day they’ve decided that they’re getting rid of Hong Kong as a financial center. Can’t have both. You can’t have repression of a free press and a financial center. Doesn’t work.”

[FULL TRANSCRIPT]
IB: We know that Cardinal Zen is an unsparing critic of the Vatican-China deal. What are your thoughts on the situation? Do you expect more arrests in Hong Kong? What do you think might happen to cardinal Zen or others?
MS: I think they’ll be reluctant to arrest Cardinal Zen. I know quite a bit about the deal, I’ve been involved for maybe 15 years working on Vatican-China relations. Unfortunately, Pope Benedict was fantastic. Francis is not. Francis is basically, as Cardinal Zen once said, Pope Francis sees the communists the same way he used to see the communists as a boy or a young man in Argentina. He sees them as a liberating force. He sees them as something else. And now he’s been trapped by the Vatican bureaucracy, willingly trapped, I should say, let’s not let him off the hook. And essentially, he’s got this deal with China that, you know, every time you cut a deal with the communists, it just doesn’t work.
And so what’s happened now is that they thought they were going to get all these great things. Hong Kong happened. The Uyghurs have happened. This Pope is sitting in the Vatican keeping completely silent on a genocide that is taking place against the Uyghurs.
I can’t tell you the duplicity with the way the Vatican deals with this. And I’ve seen it firsthand. I’ve seen it over and over again. Cardinal Zen tells him something is going to happen. Other loyal church followers tell them something negative is going to happen in China. They completely ignore it. Francis has completely let people down.
Also, by the way, just so everybody knows, the Vatican China deal does include Hong Kong.
Absolutely. Which is why the Hong Kong Catholic Church has essentially as much as could be possible, I’d say they’ve endorsed the national security law. It’s a really tough time for Catholics in Hong Kong right now. We’re having a very, very difficult time. You have to remember, I think of myself as a resident of Hong Kong. I go back and forth to the States, but I lived in Hong Kong.
IB: Were you disappointed to hear about the scale of expansion of China and Poland and the strategic partnership we have with them at virtually every level from central to local government, 5G, you know, Huawei and the telecoms infrastructure. We even sent police and local police to train in China. What would you say to the president and the prime minister of Poland and their administration in this regard?
MS: I think they’re not reading their history books about communism, but I think the other problem they have is they just do it for money. It’s just it seems like a free deal. It seems like everything’s great. But, you know, when you look at the Huawei equipment when you look at some of these deals, you almost have, it’s like the modern-day version of buying the old Soviet cars from the 1970s. You know, I’m saying I mean, they’re just basically Huawei is not top quality stuff. So basically, it’s cheap, it’s free. It gets you up and running. But we all know that it’s not going to take you to the next level and you’re also going to be a supplicant of them.
— Against the Tide (Idź Pod Prąd) TV (@AgainstTideTV) August 19, 2020
Now, I don’t know if everybody in Poland is going to be all that excited about having all their data going back to China. But we pretty much know that’s what Huawei does. I don’t understand the moral position of Poland more than anything else. In other words, I get it. Free money, free trade, things like that. But here’s your problem. China is never going to be a huge market for you. In other words, you don’t have what China really wants in a lot of different ways. Your industries are moving forward. They’re moving quickly. But essentially, China is never going to be a massive trading partner for you.
So I don’t understand the trade angle. I also do not understand really the infrastructure angle either. I think interest rates are so low all over the world. If you’re going to borrow money, why are you going to work with the Chinese on something? And the third part of it is the political angle. Let me tell you, I can assure you within a year, the intrepid journalist in Poland are going to start finding the corruption that follows the Chinese everywhere they go. It’s insidious. It’s just insidious. I shouldn’t say the Chinese. The Chinese Communist Party, I think I don’t know what it is with certain leaders. And unfortunately, you guys have one right now.
OK, he is making the case based on economics for China certainly is not making a moral he’s making on economics. I think the economics don’t work. In other words, when I look at it, I’m a businessman. Really? What, in China? What is China going to buy from Poland in my mind? What are they going to buy? And I don’t see them buying a tremendous amount of goods from you, maybe some agriculture that’s about it. But everything else, from machinery to expertise to anything else, I don’t see them buying it. Tourism. All right. That’s a little bit of money. But you know, that’s not you don’t sell your soul for that.
I think the problem is they have, as I think the world is now waking up to China, it’s the same problem I think the Polish government has. You’ve got your Polish elite government officials cutting these deals. And I think the man on the street in Poland when he looks at the economics of it, he’s going to like, all right, well, this guy made some money and that guy made some money.
But overall in Poland, does it really matter that we have this deal with China? Not really. You’ve got Ericsson across the way. Does it really matter for your telecom companies that it’s Huawei and Huawei doing what they do for infrastructure and phones, five percent, 15 percent cheaper than Ericsson? What does that mean to somebody in Poland’s daily bill? Maybe thirty-five cents less per person, less a month, a dollar less a month per person, what does that mean?
One of the things about Hong Kong, I will tell people: it’s incorrect to say Hong Kong is the new Berlin. Berlin was outside. Believe it or not, Hong Kong is Warsaw. It was inside the Iron Curtain and you guys had to free yourselves. Hong Kong is the same way our people are going to have to find a new way and for now, a peaceful way as hopefully as long as possible of resistance.
In other words, if you’re in Hong Kong, look to Prague and look to Warsaw. Berlin had basically the US Army on the other side of it or halfway through it. We don’t have that in Hong Kong and never will. […] There’s a lot of Polish heroes who we should look to. Because we’re inside the belly of the beast. We’re not on the outside waiting to be taken over. We used to be. We used to be, but not anymore. That that changed July 1st.
IB: Let’s switch to the European Union, the respect for human rights and freedom in Hong Kong after the arrest of Jimmy Lai, it seems like quite a poor response on the side of Merkel and other EU leaders to actions taken now by the CCP. What do you think about the stance of the European Union?
MS: I think the fact of the matter is that there’s not an understanding of how really evil the CCP can be. In other words, you know, the devil doesn’t come on a bed of fire. The devil comes and basically offers you a lot of gifts and everything like that. The Germans, the Mercedes Benz, Siemens, or whatever have made a decision that they’re going to basically make money in China. That’s fine. Go ahead and do it. But the European Union doesn’t seem to understand that essentially they are never going to get what they want in China, which is a commercial success, as long as they are constantly shoe-shining the CCP.
In other words, it’s getting better. I’ll say it’s much better than it was before. There are people who are waking up. But the problem is, again, you’ve got someone like Merkel, you’ve got some of the other folks who basically, in my mind, just have to go. In other words, this is the problem you have. It’s these people who are so invested in China, they’re their business structure. Their supporters are basically completely invested in China financially, and they’re not going to change. The EU, by its nature, will always be a lesser force in China, which is one of the great worries we have about the Biden administration. The Biden administration… Multilateralism is a religion with them. So you can bet that they’re going to say: we’re going to approach China with the EU.
— Against the Tide (Idź Pod Prąd) TV (@AgainstTideTV) August 10, 2020
IB: What do you think the arrest of Jimmy Lai is spelling for the situation in Hong Kong? And what do you expect might happen to Mr. Lai following the arrest?
MS: Human rights are being pulled down the drain. In other words, what they’re doing is they’re pulling everybody down to the same low level of a lack of basic freedoms.
We are going to come and we are going to use this national security law against Jimmy. More troubling is that they used it against basically my co-workers and my friends, who certainly by any even a far-out view of national security, had nothing to do with the national security.
For example, the administration manager or in fact, Jimmy’s sons. What they’re telling people is, is that essentially the Chinese Communist Party is in charge. And guess what? They’re playing by China rules. In other words, they just brought the rules of China and how they do things, charging family, charging friends to Hong Kong. As for Jimmy, he’s going to be on trial this week for a variety of different charges. He’s got they’ve got a whole slate of charges against him for civil disobedience. He has yet to be charged with national security. I’m sure that’s coming. My expectation is that my boss will probably end up in jail one way or the other in Hong Kong. I think they’ll try to keep him in Hong Kong for a while.
IB: And what do you think might happen to “Apple Daily” and the free media in general in Hong Kong? Is this the end of free speech?
MS: Hong Kong is an international financial center and information is the lifeblood of any city. Doesn’t work.
IB: And finally, just on that note, with regard to Poland, how can our community, how can Polish people who love freedom help support Hong Kong right now
MS: Well, I don’t like to delve into domestic politics of other nations, but I will and what I’m saying to the Polish people is this: look at the economics of the deal that you’re cutting with China. I mean, think about it. Look at it for Huawei. Is it really worth it in your lives for a dollar a month to basically be doing business with a bunch of basically Chinese communist toadies who are probably stealing your information? In the end, think about what it means to you as an individual. You know, if a man was at the end of the street and he ran a shop and he beat his wife and he beat his children, would you shop there?
That’s all I’m asking. Apply that same test to China. I’m not telling you to boycott Chinese goods, I’m not telling you anything else. But maybe tell your government, you know what, we don’t really need you, our representatives that we voted for to basically help these guys get to where they want to go.
On a government to government level and granting them favors and things like that, why, that’s my point to the Polish people. Just ask your government officials why? You don’t have to do a lot of different things but ask why.
It’s wonderful to see younger people like yourselves but I think the older folks should remind the younger ones exactly what communism is and we know exactly who communists are. Why is our government cutting a deal with these guys?
IB: Exactly, and we, of course, ask all our viewers to also pray for Hongkongers and for strength, because we know that as Elmer Yuen said in our television, the biggest weapon that we have, the Chinese CCP doesn’t have is God.
MS: Amen. That’s exactly that. I’m too much of an American. But, yeah, every all the prayer means so much you wouldn’t believe it, you know, prayed for my boss, Jimmy, like, please pray for him and pray for Cardinal Zen. And also, to be honest with you, pray for our very solid Protestant leaders in Hong Kong. We have some very, very solid guys who are moving forward, are stepping up.
IB: Thank you very much, Mark. On behalf of freedom-loving Poles, I would like to also thank you for your courage and for standing up to the Chinese Communist Party’s oppressive regime and fighting for the freedom of Hong Kong. Our television and community continues the longstanding Polish tradition of fighting for your freedom and ours. And so Hong Kong and all freedom-loving people around the world can always count on our support.
As we are observing the world population growth, we can see that its progress is very rapid. Many researchers are trying to predict what this rate will be like in the future and what consequences it will lead to. On the other hand, few researchers take time to wonder what this rapid growth tells us about the size of the population in the past.
Using mathematics, I interpolated the historic data of the size of the world population using exponential function. Evolutionists say that mankind has been living on Earth for 200 000 years and there were 10 000 people 70 000 years ago. However, mathematic approximation shows that in 2369 BC, there were only 8 people! Amazingly, it confirms the Bible which says that God created the Earth about 4000 years before Christ and God sent the flood 1656 years after the creation, i.e. about 2344 BC. Therefore, the difference between the mathematical approximation and what God said in the Bible is only 25 years!
Mathematical model
Firstly, I will try to approximate historical world population data with the use of some mathematical function so that we will be able to predict the world’s population in the future, but at the same time, we will be able to estimate how the world’s population changed in the past. In the diagram below, I am presenting the historical data of the world’s population.
At first glance, we can see that the population grows exponentially. However, it turns out that the approximation by functions
is weak, i.e. a big approximation error occurs. It is caused by the fact that the population is growing faster than this function (using this kind of approximation, in 2020 less than 3 billion people would be living on Earth. The fact is that now we have 7,8 billion). Therefore, I will use functions that can grow much faster. I will use a function
Mathematics
In this part, I will try to explain the mathematics which I used. This will be a technical paragraph, if you don’t like mathematics, please feel free to skip it.
For a family of approximating functions, I used
for real parameters a,b>0, c>1. Variable t represents time. To use this kind of function also for negative t (which corresponds to BC dates), I define
for negative t. Therefore, we have functions that grow rapidly in positive t and which tends to 0 when t goes to -∞ (times goes back to the past). Now, we have to calculate the most optimal parameters a, b, c.
The approximation algorithm is the following: I chose two nodes – two dates, in which the values of function have to be equal to historical data. For these nodes, I solve the equations and determine variables a and b, dependently of c. Next, I perform the optimization in c, testing c > 1, for which the sum of squares of errors (differences between approximation and historical dates) is the smallest. Which dates do I choose? Here, I also test all possibilities (pairs of available dates). So the algorithm is as follows: for each pair of dates I test parameter c, for this c, I obtain a and b and then, the sum of the square of errors.
This way, I obtain optimal dates (500 AD and 1974 AD) and the optimal exponent c=10.44 and parameters a and b. It turns out that historical data of the world population are best approximated by function with parameters a = 0.299, b = 0.0021. The sum of absolute values of errors is 2.2 billion people.
To avoid calculation errors, the time the unit is 1000 years, and the function values are billions of people.
The “historical” data of the size of the world population is also a problematic issue. From which point in time is this data based on historical documents, and not just on the wishes of evolutionists? The matter is debatable – it is known that Julius Caesar tried to count the population of some regions (e.g. England). During the reign of Emperor Octavian (27 BC – 14 AD), a census of the Roman Empire was carried out – then, there were around 80 million people. Therefore, I believe that data from 1 AD can be trusted. I also add data from 1000 BC and 2000 BC, although I realize that these are estimates.
Disputes regarding the adopted model and data selection are discussed in the section on criticism.
Result analysis
Now, we can examine what our function tells us about the past. Evolutionists say that man has been inhabiting the earth for about 200,000 years, and that in 70,000 BC, there were 10,000 people on Earth. How does this relate to the data determined by our approximation? We can check when our function’s value equals 8 (number of people in Noah Ark). It turns out that it happened about 2369 BC. Note, according to the Bible world is about 6000 years old – 2000 years after Christ and about 4000 before. However, Flood occurred 1656 years after the creation. And this implicates that 8 people came out from the Ark around 2344 BC. See? It turns out that our mathematical approximation confirms what the Bible says – the difference is only 25 years!
Criticism of the model
Of course, there are many issues to argue about in this model – you can criticize the choice of the form of the approximation function. Population-modeling mathematicians usually use exponential approximations, but sometimes additional modifications are made, e.g. we can study this kind of functions
and have the inflection point shifted. I also tested such models. We can also look for an approximation by the method of the least squares rather than by nodes which is what I do.
As for historical data, the overrepresentation of data from the last century is immediately noticeable, which makes it outweigh past data when calculating the sum of the squares of errors. Here, I used two modifications – I also tested the dataset in which the dates are equally spaced apart by every 500 years, and I tested the method of calculating the sum of the squared errors with weights, where the weight was the time elapsed since the last date.
However, applying all this modification, the approximation curve always converged to the value of 8 people living somewhere between 2700 BC and 2000 BC. So you can see that regardless of the model adopted, the result is always extremely distant from the 200,000 years served to us by evolutionists.
Even if we limit our study to the period in which the population grew the slowest e.g. to 1 AD – 1500 AD, (then the population increased by only 250 million people in over 1500 years), then linear regression line shows that there were 8 people on the Earth in 1522 BC, whereas exponential regression curve shows that there were 8 people on the Earth about 40 000 years BC. The last result is so distant because the curve grows very slowly (at the same time it descends very slowly, looking backward). According to that curve, there would be only 580 million people in 2020, i.e. 7,22 billion people less than there is. But even in this case, it is a difference of 160,000 years compared to the evolutionists’ hypothesis …
Population growth rate
Another approach to studying population growth is to calculate the population growth rate. It is expressed by a formula
t2 > t1 shown above are two dates and P(t) describes the size of the population in time t. The population growth rate is expressed in percentage. If for example this rate is at a some year equal to A, and in this year the population size is X, then in the next year the population will increase by A * X people.
The population growth rate is currently 1.05%, although in 1968 it was 2.08%. According to evolutionists, man has been living on earth for 200,000 years. However, if we assumed a population growth rate as low as 0.105%, which is 10 times less than it is today, then the population would double every 656 years. After 200 000 years, the population, starting from two people, today should be 2,85 * 1091 , so for every square centimeter of the earth, there would be 1,91 * 1073 people :).
If we assume the population growth rate even at such a low level as we observed in the years 1 AD – 1500 AD, that is 0,046%, then (assuming there were 2 persons 200 000 years ago) today on the earth there would be 1,76 * 1040 people, that is 2200000000000000000000000000000 times more than it is now :). If we assume evolutionist hypothesis – 2 people 200,000 years ago and 7.8 billion now, we get a population growth rate equal to 0.01%. Then the population would double every 6277 years (for the last 2,000 years the population has doubled on average every 406 years) With these hypotheses, assuming 25 million people in 2000 BC, today there would have only 39.6 million people on earth, which is not much more than in Poland today :).
For comparison, if we examine the data given by God in the Bible, i.e. 8 people about 4,400 years ago – this is the number that came out of Noah’s Ark – and then take the current number of people, we get a growth rate equal to 0.5%, which is comparable to the current one.
The evolutionists’ answer
The argument that evolutionists make when confronted with such calculations is that in the past there were diseases and wars, medical care was poor and therefore the population grew very slowly or was constant.
This hypothesis should be confronted with historical data. Well, history shows that the world’s population grew at such a rate despite various epidemics and wars, and in particular despite world wars!
Here is a list of the biggest epidemics in the history of the world:
Plague of Justinian (541–544 AD) – around 25 million – 100 million casualties
Black Death (1346–1353 AD) – around 75 million – 200 million casualties
“Third” plague pandemic (1855 AD) – around 12 million casualties
Spanish flu (1918–1919) – between 30 million and 100 million casualties
Here is a list of wars that have claimed enormous numbers of lives:
Thirty Years’ War (1618–1648 AD) – around 8 million casualties
Swedish Deluge (1655–1660 AD) – around 3 million casualties
Taiping Rebellion (1852–1864 AD) – around 10 million – 30 million casualties
American Civil War (1861–1865 AD) – around 1 million casualties
World War I (1914–1918) – around 14 million casualties
Holodomor (1921–1947) – around 10 million casualties
World War II (1939–1945) – around 60 million casualties
Stalinism victims (1922–1953) – around 60 million casualties
Mao Zedong victims (1927–1976) – around 70 million casualties
Vietnam War (1955–1975) – around 3 million casualties
Soviet-Afghan War (1979–1989) – around 2 million casualties
Korean War (1950–1953) – around 1,6 million casualties
Sudanese Civil War (1983–2005) – around 2 million casualties
I have listed the wars of the last 400 years, but people who know history know that there have been wars virtually since the very beginning. When we compare population growth with wars and epidemics, we can see the population growing at a rapid rate despite these events, so the argument of the evolutionists is wrong.
We can see that the population growth observed over the last 4,000 years allows us to approximate the starting date – the point in history at which the men appeared. My calculations show that the mathematical estimates suggesting that in 2369 BC there were only 8 people on Earth, confirm what the Bible says about human history. The evolutionists’ claim on 200,000 years of human history can just as well be perceived as a fairy tale, because even with minimal population growth today, there would be a looooooooooooooot more people on Earth.

“Apple Daily, Jimmy Lai’s arrest is like Nazi Germany. – Simon Cheng, former UK Embassy in #HongKong employee, exiled tortured political prisoner by the Chinese Communist Party, talks about how his Christian faith helped him survive the imprisonment, the aftermath of National Security Law in Hong Kong and what’s next for pro-democracy movement.
I’m a Christian, faith is very important, during my tortures by the CCP I kept praying asking God to keep giving me strength
What’s happening in Hong Kong reminds me of Nazi Germany; it’s also taking place in Poland – expansion of Chinese capital and influence, slowly robbing Poland of it’s freedoms.
Now that I’m in UK I have an obligation to keep on fighting and speaking for those who can not speak in Hong Kong.
We were very surprised and grateful to Christians in Hong Kong for supporting the pro-democracy movement, despite current regime giving them many benefits and privileges.
The CCP is present in Poland in Telecommunications, Schools, Central and local government, Banking, Law Enforcement, Business and Corporate, Infrastructure etc.
IB: How did the life and situation in Hong Kong change as a result of this law?
SC: Well, in Hong Kong, absolutely, in case of this sweeping National Security Law, even the process is not legitimate because it circumvented and even superseded the legislatures in Hong Kong. They omit and don’t listen to the voice of the local people. They enforce this kind of like the draconian law through the National People’s Congress, but de facto it’s a rubber stamp, they never tried to object and oppose any kind of law and act proposed by the government. Never. When they implement this law in Hong Kong, there is no means of freedom of speech and freedom of assembly.
You can just simply wave the flag or chant a slogan or even write an online statement on social media and be detained. You could be arrested, you could be charged and accused of any reason that’s mentioned of National Security Law. That’s why I feel in Hong Kong there is no freedom at all now. And even for media, it is it becoming harder and harder to find anyone within Hong Kong to speak out. It’s because they’re a little bit afraid.
That’s why I need to take this course, because I keep receiving the media interviews, and I keep criticizing the CCP. That’s why I’m now on the wanted list. So I feel that the people feel very paranoid and nervous and depressed, because the most depressing thing is when the people experience limited freedom, but now they’re taking the freedom bit by bit.
People are very unhappy with that. And then, they try it that way: if they can benefit from this, the economic system, they try to get richer sooner, so they can leave their hometown sooner. However, you can still see many people, they’re very loyal to their hometown. They still wanted to stay, because they think they belong here. So that’s why they would just insist until the last minute.
And they raided and searched this office building for eight hours, using several hundred police force. They claimed that they sent so many policemen to do it, was because they didn’t want to disturb the journalists so that they could keep doing their work.
They just simply lie about it shamelessly because several hundred policemen raided the office and spend hours, almost one day, one working day on it. And you can see whom they arrested. The management board team of the Apple Daily and one of the prominent tycoons of media, Jimmy Lai, have been arrested. Also, one of the famous activist Agnes Chow and several of my friends have been arrested.
1 of 5
They would use any means and legal weapons to attack our political dissidents and our lawyers, allies, and friends who love freedom and democracy. They wanted to send this kind of a chilling effect to most of the mass public in Hong Kong so that they would not try to go on the street anymore, not try to criticize the government anymore. And then they would detain us for any reason. So I couldn’t find an excuse for saying that there are two systems any more or that Hong Kong politically has any difference with mainland China.
So that’s kind of thing’s now happening in Hong Kong. That’s why it’s so meaningful, that the activists in exile now need to speak up for them [Hongkongers] because they now have no freedom to speak anymore. Or if they speak, they need to be prepared that the next minute the police would knock at their door. That is why we keep speaking out. Because we can’t, when we got the asylum overseas, we would be just cooling down and trying to go back to normal. If so, I would feel so sorry for my fellowmen. So I just keep taking that course. Even now I’ve been, you know, put on the wanted list and I have been harassed by some of the agents overseas from China.
IB: Please tell us, what’s your personal situation right now following the National Security Law and what happened with Jimmy?
SC: After the National Security Law, I am still keeping the democracy movement alive and I try to stay active. I keep receiving media interviews. And also I set up several organizations, including Haven Assistance, which is the information sharing platform, to share the asylum policies among different countries for rescuing my fellowmen and not to be persecuted by the authorities back in our hometown, in Hong Kong. The secret police now has crossed the border to our hometown in Hong Kong. Possibly this kind of idea and what I have been doing overseas has been pissing Beijing off.
That’s why now the Hong Kong police force, the newly established National Security Department attached to the Hong Kong police force, issued a warrant for me. And I’ve been put on the warrant list now. So they’ve accuse me of instigating the secession of China. This kind of thing, of course, as usual, is based on the very groundless accusation. I don’t think that is true and fair to judge me and to say I’m secessionist because I never, ever said I work for the independence of Hong Kong, of course.
But I do criticize the regime, the CCP because it’s inhumane to the people. So that’s why I’m their target. And that is proof that after the National Security Law, they would suppress the dissidents. So now, I’m a political fugitive. And even before a few days of this called the arrest warrant and the issue from the state media CCTV, I felt I’ve been followed. And one of the very prominent activists in exile Ray Wong, from Germany, he came to London to meet me. We already felt we have been followed.
And even exactly the date when I just finished a protest outside of the Chinese embassy in London, and when I finished the meal with my friends around there, I just realized that I got a message from my friends on the news saying I was put on the wanted list. And afterward, I already felt that a group of suspicious people followed me. I felt I’ve been monitored, tailed, even social media tapped etc. Even yesterday I receive a threat letter, with the title saying that the Chinese agent is coming to get me back. So they’re trying to frighten me with these letters.
So this is a kind of a new situation, especially after the National Security Law. I feel that they’re quite determined to execute this law. You can see that this kind of law would be beyond their jurisdiction. And to charge almost everyone, not just Hong Kong citizens. If you can see one of the citizens on the wanted list is even American citizens. And so this kind of thing, I think, is not a matter of only Hong Kong people, but even you, the audience, who listen to this kind of the program.
IB: What drives you, why you are still fighting for free Hong Kong. Is it not better to just lead a normal life somewhere safe, have a career abroad and a family, why do you take the risk?
SC: It’s because my people also are suffering. It’s because this thing never ends. And so we wanted to fight for democracy. It’s because now we’re free and we have more duty to help my fellow humans to push for pro-democracy movement forward. Because they have no chance now. That’s my belief, and that’s why I need to cut ties with my family and continue. The CCP put me into that way because they are people who feel cannot tolerate any freedom which could be suppressed and deprived. So I respect it. I’ve been touched and I’ve been asked and that’s like a call for me to keep on fighting.
IB: What gave you strength when you were tortured by the Communists, by the CCP regime after you’ve been arrested to not give up? Is there a spiritual source that was giving you the strength and the courage to keep fighting?
SC: Faith is a very important force for me. Especially at that time, during the detention. They put me into the personal cell, which is solitary confinement. I was not allowed to communicate with anyone, including inmates. So gradually this kind of isolation drives you mad. So I needed to always talk with myself. I’m a Christian. So faith is important. And so I kept praying and keep talking with God and saying: “please give me power and make me feel conscious, bring me back the mentality to keep fighting, to maintain rational and to think about the next day or next day”. How could I deal with this kind of torture and interrogation? It’s quite painful. Only faith, strong faith in us, even if we face this predicament and difficulties, can help you get through.
So Christianity and even the faith is so important. If we can get this spirit, we need to be ideal. It’s not just willing to take the saying that now China, now that the CCP is getting more and more powerful, so we need to be kowtowing to them. No, remember, Christians, thousands of years ago, they were also persecuted by Rome, because of their faith. And now we can see Christianity is the major force to influence the values and even culture of humankind. So that’s why I always encourage that Poland needs to stand up to the principles and the values they believe. And that is the kind of values also matching with Christianity.
IB: How did the Christians in Hong Kong behave during this whole long term protest?
SC: Actually, from the traditional politics of Hong Kong-based on the colonial system, they would have, several privileges for the public recognition of well-established churches like in the U.K., like the Church of England, etc. They can automatically have a seat in the House of Lords, etc. And it would be similar in Hong Kong. Some very well established bishops or priests can have the votes to vote for the chief executive, etc. They have some kind of privilege. So most people would think that Christians would be more conservative [not get involved] because they can be protected by this undemocratic system.
A group of Christians and youngsters have gathered on a footbridge outside #HK gov HQ, facing dozens of police behind barricades. Some of them singing "Sing hallelujah to the lord". Placards read "Stop shooting HK student. Stop treating HK citizens violently."#ExtraditionBillpic.twitter.com/2MWcrQIhbu
However, we were quite surprised and people feel very grateful to most Christian because they quite support the protest. They even want to change this system, even though the system wants a bit more privilege for them. It’s because Christians have more moral duty to fight with social injustice. They see police brutality and then, they see that this undemocratic system violates and abuses human rights. So they stand up? And you could see the proof for this last year, in the anti-extradition protest. You could see lots of people chanting slogans about Christianity and also they sang Christian religious songs.
These things are so important because people are getting depressed, especially those on the front lines. They’re getting depressed and they feel very nervous and paranoid. They need to be a bit more relaxed. They need to get support mentally. So that’s why Christians just went on the street and gave them mental support and even gave faith to those protesters to keep going on. Oh, that is so important. And more importantly, you can see there are lots of churches that provide the sanctuary to the protesters. If the protesters are chased by the police, the church will open the door and let the protesters come to have a sanctuary, to hide for a while.
There’s also this captured by Apple Daily: stop oppressing, or we sing hymns everyday. pic.twitter.com/22TIxOKsKu
Protesters take another form of petition against the extradition bill by singing 1 song- “Sing hallelujah to the Lord” for about 2.5 hours on Friday in Central. This song was widely sung on Wednesday’s protest. #extraditionBillpic.twitter.com/zAx7K3Yp0n
This is what the people in Hong Kong are so thankful for to the churches. They save the next generation of Hong Kong. Churches in Hong Kong, they’re very rich, very wealthy. At that time, they could be conservative [not get involved]. But at this critical moment, they stand with the Hong Kong people. So we’re very grateful because they could be in their best interest groups. They could be the “elite” and stand with the government. But no, they stand up for their principles and stood with the people.
IB: Pastor Paweł Chojecki [of the New Covenant Church in Lublin] have published a letter to our president, Polish President Andrew Duda, calling him to condemn the CCP and make a clear declaration of support for Hongkongers. He hasn’t done anything along those lines, haven’t condemned the regime or haven’t expressed clear support of the side of Hong Kong. How does that make you feel that you haven’t received the support from our president? And what would you say to him?
SC: Well, I do hope that your honorable country’s president could stand with Hong Kong people and stand with human rights because we’re all human, we’re all the same. And actually, Poland will be facing a similar situation, just like Hong Kong. But at this moment, you could be seduced by Chinese capitals and investment because you would focus on the short term benefits and interests to getting to be richer and to boost your own country’s economy for the short term. But the hidden cause would be very massive and huge.
Remember that this kind of COVID-19, the pandemic has originated from China, and it caused the economy around the world massively. And even in the UK, they’re facing the most serious recession for the past three hundred years, based on the estimation by the Bank of England. So it would be the same for Poland. What I heard is that it’s still a very serious situation now and it’s harming the economy. We do need to remember, why we need to be worried about the Chinese investment.
Previously, we always thought that’s because we even can get some benefit from it. But now, you can see that it’s all you need to pay back to China because of the virus, and even more than that, your people fought for democracy. And now, fortunately, and finally established the presidential democracy at the end of the day. And you can’t just turn it back to the communist rule. It just can’t be affected by the new expanding totalitarian regime. It could be very dangerous. So I do hope that the president could wake up and the people can give much more pressure to wake up and to change this government, to change their policy.
IB: What would you say to Poles to wake them up to this process that the communists are using to slowly, gradually take away our freedoms?
SC: The way Hong Kong has been treated with, would be the same to Poland because from what I heard and saw, Poland has been multidimensionaly affected by the CCP, including telecommunication and 5G networks, schools, infrastructures, etc. It has been gradually influenced by Chinese capital. But you need to think twice because, by every money spent by China in Poland, they have their political agenda.
Some examples of Poland's cooperation with China
1 of 25
It means that they would exert their political influence with this money. Although they just pretend that business in business and politics is politics. But based on the ideology of CCP… never. All the things are about politics. That’s why they are being isolated. And even in the UK after the pandemic, after the National Security Law, they got Huawei out and they kept getting more worry about any Chinese investment in the UK or all around the world.
So I do hope that Poland could wake up. Because Poland has a full history of being suppressed by the totalitarian regime. Poland should be even more cautious because your guys, your fellowmen had experience why and how the suffering of this regime will be.
IB: Simon, thank you so much for speaking with us today, despite the obvious risks involved. We will be praying for strength for you and other brave people of Hong Kong in their fight against the murderous regime. And we are also waiting for the day when not just Hong Kong, but also mainland China will become free of the CCP.
SC: Yes, definitely. We still keep that faith and we can work and fight together for it. Thank you so much.
A report titled “Discrimination and Persecution of Evangelical Christians in Poland” based on examples of the New Covenant Church and Against the Tide TV in Lublin was published yesterday. The report presented specific examples of persecution and discrimination of Protestant Christians by the Polish Government, Department of Justice and other Public Agencies. Among it’s many examples is the burning of the car of Mr. Grzegorz Dolecki, a Christian from the New Covenant Church also associated with the Against the Tide TV. The vehicle was set on fire next to Mr. Dolecki’s home, where little children were present. The report was delivered to the Polish Government, and its English version to USA’s State Department.
—
The New Covenant Church in Lublin is a Christian church enlisted in the Register of churches and religious associations of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, sec. A, No. 132, operating under the Guarantee of Freedom of Conscience Act of May 17, 1989 (Journal of Laws No. 2017.1153 – June 14, 2017). Theologically, the Church falls within the lines of mainstream Evangelical Protestantism. The Church maintains relationships with Liberty University, the Biblical Counseling Institute, One For Israel, Jews for Jesus and the European Coalition for Israel. The Church also organizes international conferences in collaboration with other ministries such as Answers in Genesis and Creation Today.
Against the Tide TV (further referred to IPP TV – telewizja Idź Pod Prąd) is a Christian television set up by the New Covenant Church in Lublin. It presents the opinions and views of evangelical Christianity in Poland. The television is involved in building a civil society (the Against the Tide Clubs operating in Poland and abroad, among Polish diasporas) and in combating communist influences in Poland and the world. It carries out international campaigns (e.g. a petition to US President Donald Trump to hold the Chinese government accountable for the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, which has obtained 100,000 signatures or #ChristiansForUSA campaign to support President Trump).
IPP TV organizes international conferences with the participation of guests such as: Solomon Yue – a high-ranking American politician, entrepreneur and a senior RNC member, General Robert Spalding – B2 military pilot and former adviser to Donald Trump, Ondřej Kolář – mayor of the largest district of Prague, Jan Jekielek – senior editor of “Epoch Times” New York and host of “American Thought Leaders”, Man-yan Ng – Head of “Epoch Times” Europe.
The television has foreign correspondents, such as pastor Bob Kraft from Hong Kong, editor Hanna Shen – a journalist from Taiwan, editor Eli Barbur – founder of TelAviv Online Portal from Israel, Yvette Malczewska-Höfler from Austria, Katarzyna Wierbol from Canada and Marek Dybacki from New York.
EVANGELICAL CHRISTIANS DEPRIVED OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS IN POLAND
Biblical Christians belonging to the New Covenant Church in Lublin, as well as its sympathizers, are subject to religious discrimination from the Polish government, which does not comply with the constitutional and statutory principles, as well as the principles of international law regarding fundamental human and civil rights and freedoms, but condones acts of discrimination and actively combats the members and community of the New Covenant Church in Lublin, by means of the denominational criterion.
Examples of discrimination by state authorities:
A three-time refusal by the Ministry of the Interior and Administration of the Law and Justice party to sign a separate agreement regulating relations between the New Covenant Church in Lublin and the Republic of Poland (two decisions in April 2020 and one in August 2020), although art. 25 sec. 5 of the Constitution explicitly provides such a possibility, stating: ” The relations between the Republic of Poland and other churches and religious organizations shall be determined by statutes adopted pursuant to agreements signed between their appropriate representatives and the Council of Ministers”. Other churches of a similar nature, such as the Baptist Union of Poland in Poland and the Pentecostal Church in Poland, have such agreements.Reference: a copy of a letter from the Ministry of Interior and Administration
The passiveness of the prosecutor’s office and the police in the event of physical attacks against pastors, members, and supporters of the New Covenant Church in Lublin. This applies to cases involving: incinerating a car, damaging the paint of a car, puncturing the inner tubes of the car, unscrewing the screws in the wheels of a car several times, smearing feces on walls of buildings belonging to the New Covenant Church in Lublin. This passivity also manifests in the persistent disregard of punitive threats against Church members.
All investigations and inquiries carried out by the prosecutor’s office or the police concerning actions against the New Covenant Church in Lublin – including punishable threats (death threats, rape, etc.), anti-Semitism, criminal threats against Jews cooperating with IPP TV, persistent harassment by means of surveillance and denunciations, offensive posters calling for discrimination against public figures (e.g. a policeman) involved in the activities of the New Covenant Church in Lublin – are discontinued, despite the identification of the perpetrators who boast about these acts on the internet. The inaction of the prosecutor’s office and the police creates a feeling of impunity and encourages the escalation of criminal activities against Christians. Both the Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro and Polish President Andrzej Duda were personally informed about this negligence or deliberate discrimination. To our knowledge, they didn’t intervene effectively in the above-mentioned cases of discrimination.
Persistent refusal to present our views in the public media, although such an obligation exists based on Art. 21/1 of the Act of December 29, 1992, on radio and television (Journal of Laws 2020.805, of 05.05.2020), which states: “Public radio and television performs a public mission, offering, on the terms specified in the Act, to all Polish citizens and its individual parts, diversified programs, and other services in the field of information, journalism, culture, entertainment, education, and sport, characterized by pluralism, impartiality, balance and independence, as well as innovation, high quality and integrity of the message”. We regularly send information about various activities and initiatives taken by IPP TV to public broadcasters, such as Telewizja Polska S.A., Polskie Radio S.A., and the governmental Polish Press Agency, but these institutions methodically silence us, although many of our activities are reported by foreign media, e.g. in Hong Kong, USA, Japan or Taiwan.
While consistently silencing the activities of the New Covenant Church in Lublin and IPP TV, the media uses hate speech and hateful campaigns discrediting the Church and IPP TV. As a result, many members and supporters of the Church, as well as their children (in public schools), were harassed. After one publication, the car of one of the pastors of the Church was vandalized the hood of the car read “F*ck sects!” Twice, the public television was called on to stop and apologize for such actions. In response, we received a letter justifying these activities. Due to this persecution, we took legal action against Telewizja Polska S.A.
The prosecutor of the Republic of Poland indicted a Christian (IPP TV viewer), accusing him of “persistently reading the Bible to his child”. According to the prosecutor, it is an act punishable by up to 3 years imprisonment. The case is handled by att. Andrzej Turczyn (for details, please call: +48 502 525 535).
A Christian from the New Covenant Church in Lublin who runs a family orphanage – a family assistant and social probation officer – was informed that due to his change of faith (having left the Catholic Church), he wouldn’t be able to further receive children under his care, although he has previously been awarded by the governor of his province for carrying out the duties entrusted to him.
In May 2015, students (members of the New Covenant Church in Lublin) planned, with the consent of the authorities of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (public university), a debate entitled “Where did we come from?” between creationist professors from British universities and Polish evolutionist scientists. Two weeks before the event, the authorities refused to make the hall at the faculty available, although the organizers had previously received a document confirming the availability of the hall. The university then sued the Christian students for criticizing their authorities.

A factor that may play a role in the persecution of the New Covenant Church in Lublin and IPP TV is the fact that the communist authorities in China expressed disapproval of IPP TV’s anti-communist actions and called for its silencing by means of:
A demand issued by the Global Times, owned by of the Communist Party of China, to restrict the activity of IPP TV (belonging to the New Covenant Church in Lublin), in response to the #SayYesToTaiwan #SayNoToCommunistChina online campaign. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland responded to the above-mentioned statement – October 2018.Reference:

Censorship in the form of the long-term removal of pastor Paweł Chojecki’s Twitter account due to then upcoming 30th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre, on June 4th, 2019, which was commemorated by the Against the Tide TV community throughout Poland, by distributing leaflets and picketing at the embassy and consulates of the People’s Republic of China in Poland.

Text messages sent in Chinese, to IPP TV’s online store mobile number.
The above evidence proves that evangelical Christians in Poland, especially those involved in anti-communist activities, are persecuted and discriminated against both for faith-related reasons (State’s authorities strongly identifying with the Catholic Church; Jarosław Kaczyński, chairman of the ruling Law and Justice party in his speech on May 4, 2019, stated: “Anyone who raises his hand against the [Catholic] Church, wants to destroy it, raises his hand against Poland” and “Every good Pole must know what is the role of the [Catholic] Church, and must know that outside [of the Catholic Church] there is – nihilism”), and by people associated with agents of communist dictatorships, in particular the People’s Republic of China.
The state authorities of the Third Polish Republic behave passively in the face of these persecutions and are often actively involved in them. This situation shows that religious freedom as well as the protection of freedom in the Third Polish Republic is a fiction, applicable only in theory of constitutional or statutory writings.

On August 15, we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Warsaw (1920), in which the Polish army defeated the Bolsheviks near Warsaw.
This battle has a little known but amazing story, which also had an impact on the whole war.
To tell it, we have to go back 150 years and move to… America, to the time of the American Revolutionary War (1775-1783).
In the late 18th century, when Poland, as a result of the partitions, began disappearing from the map of the world, great Poles went overseas.
Those for whom there was no place in the collapsing Poland, who was bowing to the tsars of Russia, Prussia and Austria, were received by America.
The most famous of them was Thaddeus Kosciuszko.
It was he who gave engineering troops and the best fortifications, including West Point, to the American settlers who rose against the oppression of their English king. It was Kosciuszko who modernized the American army.
The Americans had infantry. But the Poles always had the best cavalry. It was Casimir Pulaski, who built the American cavalry! He gave hussar wings to the Americans, so to speak. Also, Pulaski saved the life of the Commander in Chief of the Continental Army, George Washington.
What’s even more interesting – the money that the Americans got for the Revolutionary War came from a Polish Jew from Leszno – Haym Solomon, a subject of the last Polish king.
The Polish people helped Americans fight for their independence. And together they succeeded. The United States of America was founded.
But what does it have to do with the Battle of Warsaw in 1920?
Although it is said that politics are dirty and not guided by sentiments, this isn’t entirely true.
In 1920, we won the battle against the Bolsheviks – thanks to God, of course – but also thanks to the help of Americans!
American pilots remembered Kosciuszko and Pulaski. They said that our ancestors had given their lives for America. That is why they, American pilots, as they said, were now sailing overseas to give their lives for Poland.
The Americans assisted one of the most modern units in the eastern theatre of warfare against the Bolsheviks – the Kosciuszko Squadron (Polish 7th Air Escadrille). 21 Americans served alongside Poles.
American pilot Merian C. Cooper who initiated this aid referred to Kosciuszko and Pulaski’s sacrifice: “We are now going to pay off the debt.” His ancestor fought in the Battle of Savannah alongside his friend Casimir Pulaski in the American Revolutionary War.
He also fought under the command of General Kosciuszko. This memory was passed on in the Cooper family from generation to generation. He wrote that paying off the debt owed to Poland was like a command to them!
The commander of the Squadron, Cedric Fauntleroy, was an experienced American airman. The Americans helped Poles defend the Polish sky from the aggression of the “Asian barbarians from the East,” as the Polish newspapers called the Bolsheviks in 1920.
“American pilots, despite their exhaustion, are fighting like madmen. Without their help, they would have taken us to hell long ago” – one of the Polish infantry commanders reported in 1920.
The Kosciuszko Squadron played an important role in stopping the offensive of Russia’s 1st Cavalry Army commanded by Semyon Budyonny. If two Russian armies – Budyonny’s army from the south and Mikhail Tukhaczevski’s army from the north and the east – had met near Warsaw in 1920, Poles would not have stood a chance.
But God used the Americans to help us stop Budyonny’s army near Lviv.
Only Tukhaczevski’s army made it to Warsaw, but they ran away like bats out of hell!
The Head of State, Marshal Józef Piłsudski, awarded nine American airmen with the Silver Cross of the Virtuti Militari and four with the Cross of Valor. Initially, Piłsudski was skeptical about accepting American help, but once he saw their courage and dedication to Poland, he said: “Glory to you, American airmen!”
This story shows that there is something beautiful about politics. There is gratitude. There are values in politics. It’s worth asking where do those values come from. From where do we get the love for good, justice, and law?
Post Scriptum
After Poland won the war against the Bolsheviks in 1930, a big-budget Polish battle film “Starfighter Squadron” about the heroic airmen from the Kosciuszko unit was made. It showed how dangerous the memory of the Polish-American brotherhood-of-arms is for Russia. Needless to say, the Soviets who attacked Poland with Hitler in 1939 either destroyed or took away probably all copies of this film.
Do not let this story be forgotten again!

According to some media the US State Department’s report on JUST ACT 447, justice for pending reparations to Jewish victims is directed against Poland. However, no one mentions how much it praises the Polish state for cherishing the memory of the Holocaust, as well as Poles for helping Jews during World War II. The American report also presents historical truth, so often questioned, among others by Putin, that it was Germany and Russia that attacked Poland in 1939. So the question arises: have the journalists read the American report at all?
In the State Department document, we read that Poles
“engaged in efforts to save Jews, at great personal risk, given that the Nazis treated such acts as punishable by death. Yad Vashem has identified 6,992 Polish citizens as rescuers – known as Righteous Among the Nations – more than in any other country”.
The report also presents another historical truth:
“World War II began in Europe with the invasion of Poland by Nazi Germany on September 1, 1939. Between 1939 and mid-1941, Nazi Germany occupied western Poland, while the Soviet Union, by agreement with Nazi Germany, occupied eastern Poland. In June 1941, Germany invaded the Soviet Union, bringing all of Poland under Nazi occupation”.
The document also discusses the fate of Poland after the end of World War II:
“Much of Poland was destroyed during the war, including Warsaw, which the Nazis levelled after the 1944 Warsaw Uprising. In addition to the devastating human loss, material losses were estimated at more than $48 billion in pre-war dollars and included the destruction of historical antiquities and national treasures. At the end of the war, the Soviet Union annexed about a third of Poland’s pre-war eastern territory, forcing millions of Poles to abandon their property and move west”.
In the US report, we can read a number of praises for the Third Polish Republic:
“In December 2017, the national parliament allocated 100 million zloty ($28.7 million) to restore, preserve, and maintain the Warsaw Jewish Cemetery”.
“In July 2017, the General Inspector of Monuments of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (Culture Ministry) provided official guidelines to all provincial governors and inspectors of monuments for strengthening the protection of Jewish cemeteries.
Also in 2017, the Culture Ministry – in cooperation with the National Heritage Board of Poland, the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, the Jewish Historical Institute, the Chief Rabbi of Poland, the Rabbinical Commission for Cemeteries, the Union of Jewish Communities in Poland, and the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland – began the first full inventory and verification of historical boundaries of all Jewish cemeteries in Poland”.
“Poland has an extensive and accessible network of local and national archives. Jewish community representatives reported no issues with free access to archival documents”.
“Poland has made a serious commitment to Holocaust commemoration; the government funds museums and monuments, including eight state memorial museums at former Nazi German concentration and extermination camps operated in occupied Poland. Poland planned to host a major international commemoration event in January 2020 to observe the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration and death camps.
Poland has statutorily mandated Holocaust education requirements for students beginning in the fifth grade and continuing through the end of high school.”
“From 2017 to 2018, the Culture Ministry allocated 287 million zloty ($76 million) in grants for projects related to Jewish culture, of which 161 million zloty ($42.3 million) was allocated for Holocaust museums and memorials”.
“Poland allocates public funds to support Holocaust survivors. In 2014, Poland enacted a law that provides a monthly pension to Holocaust survivors from the country, wherever they reside, equivalent to the amount the government provides to pensioners in Poland”.
“Poland has laws enabling the restitution of certain communal religious property. The process, while incomplete, has allowed for the return of many synagogues”.
Passage on heirless property
“Poland has not passed a law to address the significant amount of private property left heirless by the Holocaust. Instead, heirless property is governed by Polish inheritance law, which requires that such property be returned to the local municipality or national treasury. According to the government, Poland began immediately after WWII to reconcile the legal status of property left by owners, including Jews who were killed during the Holocaust, under a series of decrees regulating derelict and abandoned property, as part of the overall nationalization of private property under the post-war Communist regime”, the State Department report says.
One of the only passages that can be seen as criticism accounts for less than 10% of the report:
“While the Polish government maintains that it has implemented wide-ranging legislation, Poland is the only European Union member state with significant Holocaust-era property issues that has not passed a national comprehensive private property restitution law. Holocaust survivors and their descendants who are American citizens report that the processes required to reclaim their private real property through the Polish court system or through settlements with the national or local governments are lengthy, cumbersome, costly, and largely ineffective. Some have expressed frustration that even after the property is restituted, challenges by tenants or others prevent the full utilization of their property.
The government estimates that it has resolved about 45 percent of the approximately 5,500 claims filed for Jewish communal property; about half of the adjudicated cases were rejected. Poland has not passed a law to address heirless Holocaust-era property”.
“Poland does not have a separate mechanism or process to address private property claims other than the “Bug River” or Warsaw areas. The World Jewish Restitution Organization estimates that a total of 2.55 billion zloty ($680 million) has been paid to claimants for all property within the current borders of Poland for areas outside of Warsaw. Claimants in Poland may pursue restitution through administrative court proceedings or through settlement agreements with municipal governments or the national treasury. In practice, in order to succeed, claimants must seek nullification of Communist nationalizations by demonstrating that a procedural flaw occurred. Some American citizen claimants have reported that the process is cumbersome, lengthy, costly, and ineffective. They report that the process is particularly difficult for heirs to claims that were made by parents or grandparents who died without receiving compensation for their looted, confiscated, or nationalized property.”
We will help the Jews
When asked about the legitimacy of Jewish claims, Pastor Paweł Chojecki, editor-in-chief of the Against The Tide TV, replied:
“Jews were not harmed as long as Poles ruled Poland and there was a Polish government. They were guests in Poland, they were well received, they could develop their life here. One of the rabbis (in Poland) said that had God not given Poland to the Jews as a place of refuge, the Jewish nation would not have survived.
“Just as the Germans are guilty, so are the Russians. If Jews have any claims connected to World War II, they should turn to Moscow and Berlin. Should the government consist of people from our community, we will support the Jewish claims against Berlin and Moscow!”, said pastor Chojecki.
– Russia’s goal for the United States is strategic neutralization. […] Americans should be full of discord, anger, division and chaos. That’s what the Russian interference operations are all about in the United States. […] This division, this insurrectionist revolutionary arm of American politics, that Antifa represents, serves the interests of Russia and China – says Jack Posobiec, host and correspondent of OANN.
Huawei doing your 5G is “like saying: you want the KGB to set up your telephone network”
Biden was in charge of China under Obama. Said “the rise of China is good for American workers and economy”, financed it and never repudiated this, will continue with this policy if wins 2020.
Biden/Democrat’s win equals reversion of American geopolitical efforts. A turn from Warsaw to Berlin, stronger E.U. USA relationships, America subservient to UN and Obama’s “America’s fallen superpower – managed decline” policy.
U.S. China relations worse since 20 years, #ChineseVirus reminded Americans that the same Chinese regime did the Tiananmen Square massacre, the Cultural Revolution, and took over Hong Kong.
“Where is Pope Francis, standing up against today’s totalitarianism and godlessness, the march of which continues on in the over secularization of Western society?”
Posobiec warned against allowing Huawei or other Chinese corporations to build the 5G network and widespread spying of data. “So their ability to not only just track your phones and steal your data, but to also intercept your communications, the communications of your families, and the communications of government officials, business officials, commercial secrets, espionage secrets, this will all be open for the Chinese. This is essentially like saying: do you want the KGB to set up your telephone network? That’s what you’re saying when you’re asking Huawei to set up your 5G.”
Biden administration in the White House is a return to Obama’s policies and past 8 years status quo also with regards to China. “Remember, Biden, under the Obama administration, was in charge of the China account, as it were. He was also in charge of the Ukraine account. And so here it was his goal to go over to China, as he did multiple times, appearing with Xi Jinping. And at one point, he said: the rise of China is good for America. The rise of China will be good for American workers in the American economy.”
The Coronavirus pandemic has brought the US-China relationship to its lowest point in the past 20 years. “It’s not quite on the level of Tiananmen Square, certainly, but it has got people reminded of the fact that this is the same Chinese regime that perpetrated the Tiananmen Square massacre, the same Chinese regime that took back Hong Kong and then took away their freedoms, the same Chinese regime that perpetuated the Great Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution, some of the great tragedies of communism, the great tragedies of the 20th century, that they have not reformed themselves.”
Posobiec is a strong catholic believer but is also critical of the current Pope and the lack of a strong stance against China. “Where is Pope Francis, the current pope, standing up against today’s totalitarianism and today’s godlessness, the march of which continues on in the over the secularization of Western society?
I would ask Pope Francis to please stand with the faith, the faith that’s been under attack. We’ve had churches burned here in the United States. We had Catholic Saints statues torn down in Turkey, they are reverting the Christian church, the Hagia Sophia, back into a mosque. This is something everyone is doing.
And so I understand that Pope Francis did express his regret for this, but I would encourage him to stand up to these illiberal forces, to stand up to these atheist forces, because his role is that of the pope, the leader of our faith. And I would encourage him to defend us when we’re facing so many threats from outside.”
[FULL TRANSCRIPT] We have a very special guest with us, Jack Posobiec, correspondent for One America News Network. Previously special projects director for Citizens for Trump, one of the biggest grassroots movements for Trump in the previous elections. A veteran officer in the Navy Intelligence. And the author of two books: “4D Warfare: A Doctrine for a New Generation of Politics”, and also the recent one, “Citizens for Trump: The Inside Story of the People’s Movement to Take Back America”.
I’m always happy to go on as, you know, as an American with Polish heritage. I’m always happy to come on to shows in Poland, to remember where I came from, what my heritage is. I’ve always been proud of that Polish heritage.
It’s a shame we can’t have you here in the studio. Although this is some form of live interaction due to this Chinese CCP virus pandemic.
Thanks to the CCP there, they’re cutting us all apart. But, you know, hopefully, we’ll beat the CCP, we’ll beat their virus, and I’ll be able to come over back to Poland very soon.
So let me first start with a topic that recently, you know, is on everybody’s minds, the recent elections in Poland. President Duda have won them. But I want to focus back to the Polish diaspora in the States. Do you think, following president’s Trump help to president Duda winning the elections in Poland, the Poles in the United States would help President Trump win the 2020 election?
Well, I think there’s definitely an area of the Polish diaspora where they see the connection, the strong relationship between President Duda and President Trump that’s definitely something that they view as not even political, but it’s something where it’s a strategic geopolitical alliance between this international relations, right? And this is creating a new international norm where the United States and Poland enjoy a strong relationship. Now, obviously, that had been the norm in the past, but it was not the norm under Barack Obama, who turned America really away from Poland and turned in terms of European policy and turned more towards Ukraine in some senses, but also to Germany and Angela Merkel.
And so with Trump going back to Poland, looking at the renouncing the transfer of military troops, army troops from Germany, they’re going to Poland. We’re seeing the agreements like the Three Seas Initiative. And we’re also seeing the increase of economic relations in regards to LNG and the sales between the U.S. and Poland and throughout Central and Eastern Europe. This is going to be a massive boom for Polish people, for Eastern Europe, for Central Europe. And they understand President Trump is a huge part of that.
He’s actually spearheading this, sending his secretary of state over Mike Pompeo, pledging one billion dollars to the Three Seas Initiative. I think for Poles and the diaspora here in the United States, if they are concerned with this, they’re looking at that relationship, they’re seeing how strong America has stood with Poland. They’re seeing, of course, they remember that incredible speech that President Trump gave in Warsaw, right in 2017, at the beginning of his presidency. That wasn’t a political speech. It wasn’t left or right. It was a speech in defense of our heritage, in defense of our civilization, and in defense of our shared goals, the goals of liberty, the goals of freedom, the goals of free practice of religion.
You mentioned the switch from Germany more towards Poland and the Three Seas Initiatives. I want to ask you about Russia switching topics here slightly. Russia, what we can see, clearly interfered in the U.S. elections and I don’t mean, in the way your mainstream media portrays it with Trump and the Russiagate, but more of interference to, you know, go ahead and talk about that.
And can you tell us: how do you think Russia interfered in your elections and why did they do it?
Russia’s goal for the United States is strategic neutralization. This is something that Putin’s… his Rasputin is Alexander Dugin and he constantly talks about this phrase: strategic neutralization.
He wants Americans to be full of discord, anger, division, and chaos. That’s what the Russian interference operations are all about in the United States.
And so every time you see this division in the US, and we are divided right now, we see this friction. This plays into their hands. So it plays into what they want to plays into their goals. Because if the US is not working on the world stage, then Russia is able to come in and fill that power vacuum. And China is also allowed to come in and fill that power vacuum. So it plays into their interests as we see Russia moving to become more of a belligerent regional power. And then we also see China attempting to usurp the global order and to replace it and remake it in their own model.
And when you see things like the Three Seas Initiative, that, of course, becomes a bulwark not just to the economic influence of China, but also to the economic and energy influence of Russia. Remember, of course, it’s Russian gas prices and gas diplomacy and influence that they held over Central and Eastern Europe for such a long time. And it’s been the United States under Donald Trump that’s actually undercutting this.
And by the way, this is actually something that started before Trump, that predated Trump coming into office. The rise of LNG, which comes from fracking and shale in the United States. So it’s been something that had actually predated him. But when he got into office, he greenlighted it, spearheaded it, and accelerated this program because he understood the strategic, both military, political and economic relationship that the United States could have with Central and Eastern Europe.
It’s quite interesting. You know, in our media and the commentators here, they often tell the sort of one side story of Trump being friendly to Putin and Russia. What are your thoughts on this? Is he friendly or what’s behind this? This friendliness is trying to…
Well, I do think that the president has looked at Russia and he’s talked about bringing Russia back from their exile from the G7. He wants to bring them back into the G8. This is similar to Reagan’s policy of sitting down and rapprochement with Gorbachev in the 1980s. They had the Reykjavík summit in Iceland and multiple summits. I think he understands that as a businessman, he’s coming to it from the perspective of “you’re not going to change Russia, you’re not going to remove Russia, so you might as well talk to them”. You saw him do this with Kim Jong Un in North Korea.
That doesn’t necessarily mean that you trust them or that you’re making an alliance with them, but that you understand that you have your vested interests and they have their vested interests. So it’s in everyone’s good interest in terms of world peace and in terms of security, that you’re having that kind of open dialogue and open communication. Communication does not mean capitulation. It doesn’t mean friendliness. It means you are working together to potentially make a deal that is better for all parties, including your own special interests, that being the interests of the American people and the free world.
I want to come back to China for a moment because you mentioned this sort of intervention, Russia and China. Can you tell us about the current relationship of America and China now, following this pandemic? Has it damaged their relationship? Is there a way of coming back to a previous more good or bad relationship or is it damaged for good?
Yes, the Chinese coronavirus has brought U.S. and China relations to their lowest point in 20 years. This is the type of relations that we saw between the U.S. and China from the 1990s on. This is probably it’s not quite on the level of Tiananmen Square, certainly, but it has got people reminded of the fact that this is the same Chinese regime that perpetrated the Tiananmen Square massacre, the same Chinese regime that took back Hong Kong and then took away their freedoms, the same Chinese regime that perpetuated the Great Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution, some of the great tragedies of communism, the great tragedies of the 20th century, that they have not reformed themselves.
Yes, they’ve liberalized their economy and brought in foreign direct investment and brought in American dollars and Western dollars. And, of course, American companies have been all too happy to be compliant with that because, of course, cheap labor and exploitation of the people in China can lead to greater profit margins for the United States. Also, in terms of what we’ve seen in medicine and pharmaceuticals when so much of it is being made in China, not manufactured in the United States anymore. That becomes a national security issue when you have a pandemic like was caused just recently, it is still going on, from the Chinese coronavirus.
And so what we saw China do with their failed mask diplomacy when we learned that the mask diplomacy was actually a cover for their buyback programs to try to sell us our own masks, the N95 masks that they stockpiled early on in this when they were giving bad information to the WHO and in some cases giving no information to the WHO, covering up this outbreak from the start, arresting doctors. This is the same Chinese regime. And I really think that people are now looking behind the curtain.
The mask is off in a sense, even though our masks are on in the pandemic, and they’re starting to see China for who they really are. Xi Jinping, and he’s someone that I actually had the opportunity to meet once when I was working in Shanghai years ago, he is definitely someone who has attempted to form a cult of personality around him. But I do think that cult of personality is backfiring because people realize that he is the one that is the head of this entire oligarchy there in the Chinese regime.
– May 29 Trump fires back at the CCP with new sanctions
Let’s focus back on the elections. What will happen in your mind, in your view, if Sleepy Biden, or perhaps some other Democratic candidate wins the 2020 race? What will this do to the American-Polish relationship, will they get better or worse?
Well, the idea is: You’ve got two competing views of international relations that are coming forward. You have real politics of Donald Trump and the America First movement, or you have the liberal institutional version of international politics of Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, George W. Bush, Colin Powell. That is the type of international system that they want to go back to.
So you’re going to see if Joe Biden does become president or someone from his camp replaces him and becomes president, which is a strong rumor that’s been out there. You are going to see a reversion of American geopolitical efforts. You’re going to see a turn from Warsaw to Berlin. You’re going to see the E.U. relationship with the United States becomes stronger. You’re going to see the United States be willing to be subservient to the United Nations, to not stand up for itself, and to really lower itself down.
Remember, in the Barack Obama administration, that’s when I was an intelligence officer, that’s what I was in, we constantly heard these refrains of America’s managed decline or “America is the fallen superpower, America is an empire in decline”. These were the refrains of the Barack Obama form of foreign policy. And that is what we would go back to if Joe Biden or really any other candidate from his team would become president.
I would like to reflect on the relationship of US with China, if Biden or any other Democrat wins?
Yes, it would be returned back to the status quo. Remember, Biden, under the Obama administration, was in charge of the China account, as it were. He’s also in charge of the Ukraine account. And so here it was his goal to go over China, as he did multiple times, appearing with Xi Jinping. And at one point, he said: the rise of China is good for America. The rise of China will be good for American workers in the American economy.
Of course, we’ve seen the effects of that and we’ve seen the truth and the consequences of those policies. Joe Biden has ever repudiated those statements. He’s never looked back on it or reflected on his own record of 40 years in the United States government. He’s been a senator for a very long time since the 1980s.
He then became the vice president. He was the head of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, a very powerful seat in that committee. So Joe Biden is responsible for America allowing and financing the rise of China for the entire time. That’s the type of policy that Joe Biden would turn back to.
Solomon Yue has coined #BeijingIntercourseJoe, saying that we need more intercourse with China.
Oh, Goodness!
Tell me, Jack, I want to ask you as well about the fact that, I don’t know if you guys have heard about this: the Polish government actually still hasn’t categorically excluded Huawei or other CCP suppliers from the 5G network infrastructure building. I know the messages are not getting through as clearly as they should. There’re many declarations. The vice president Pence was here and they signed a declaration of ethical suppliers. But still, we haven’t heard from the Polish government declared declaration that Huawei or other, similar suppliers are not going to be included in the 5G tenders.
What do you think will happen with the Polish-American relationship if somehow Huawei or a similar vendor would be allowed to build the 5G network here in Poland?
Well, I would encourage anyone who’s looking at Huawei for their inner communications and telecommunication services for 5G or any other service to understand that Huawei is indelibly tied to the PLA, the People’s Liberation Army. This is the Red Army of China under a new name that they’ve had since the founding of the People’s Republic. This is an agency that is directly tied with Chinese military services, Chinese national security services, and Chinese intelligence services.
So their ability to not only just track your phones and steal your data, but to also intercept your communications, the communications of your families, and the communications of government officials, business officials, commercial secrets, espionage secrets, this will all be open for the Chinese. This is essentially like saying: do you want the KGB to set up your telephone network? That’s what you’re saying when you’re asking Huawei to set up your 5G.
Well, we hope this clear message will get to the government and other people will influence these decisions. I want to come back to Russia and China, you interlink between them, and ask you about the BLM and Antifa protests. You took part in some of them, as well as reporter, and been attacked. Do you think these protests, as Black Lives Matter and Antifa protests are spontaneous, or do you think they may be sponsored by Russia and China?
Well, you mentioned when I was attacked recently by Antifa at a protest where I was standing up in defense of the statue of Abraham Lincoln, President Lincoln, one of our greatest presidents. I really want to say thank you to all of my Polish supporters out there that came forward and stood with me in that event. There was a hashtag #TakJack. And it went viral throughout all of Poland. And when that took place, I did a number of interviews at the time. And I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart that, you know, here I am, someone on the other side of the world. But so many people and Polish patriots stood up for me at that time. And I really want to say thank you so much because it was a trying time for us.
When you come under attack, for standing up for what’s right, when you come under attack, for doing your job (my job as a reporter is protected by the First Amendment here in the United States), and criminals and domestic terrorists attempt to interfere, and so that chaos and division, we need to stand up against this, regardless of what your politics are, regardless of what you think of Donald Trump or Joe Biden.
This is something that should go beyond that. It really is. And so I just wanted to say thank you, express my gratitude and say God bless to everyone who supported me there. And as far as foreign interference, I did spend three days out in Chaz of Seattle.
I did spend time at the Antifa protests and Antifa events here in Washington, D.C. And while we cannot definitively say that there is foreign interference in these, I would go back to what I said at the beginning of this interview. This division, this insurrectionist revolutionary arm of American politics, that Antifa represents it serves the interests of Russia and China because as they seek to weaken America on the world stage, Antifa seeks to usurp and revolt against America here in our own domestic backyard.
That is the threat that they pose. That is their goal. They don’t support Republicans. They don’t support Democrats. They support anarchy and violent revolution. That is who they are. And so those that would benefit from that do include America’s foreign adversaries.
And, of course, the founding members of BLM themselves confirm that they are trained Marxists.
Yes, you can actually go and I’ve gone and looked at their blog, their website. And you can find not only support for raising funds for abortion but also a glowing eulogy that the BLM organization put together for Fidel Castro, the communist dictator of Cuba when he died in 2016. So you have to understand that this organization stands for something that I think is radically different than the simple police reforms that most people think it does.
Let’s jump back to Europe and the Vatican. Huawei is sponsoring a conference in the Vatican under the One Nation One Planet initiative about global influence and education. We also had Elmer Yuen recently, a Hong Kong businessman on our television, shedding some light on the connection of Vatican and CCP. Also, Greta Thunberg is gonna be at that conference. What are your thoughts about this CCP influence on the Vatican? You’ve been vocal on Twitter criticizing the Pope, at the same time, you also state that you’re a Catholic. How do you combine those two things: criticizing the Vatican, the Catholic Church?
As a Catholic, I’ve been Catholic my whole life. I am a practicing Catholic. I have my son baptized Catholic. We go to church whenever we’re allowed under this Chinese coronavirus pandemic.
But I would urge the Vatican to be very careful about their connections with China. China is the leading force of totalitarianism and atheism in the world today. And the entire world is China. This is a godless, totalitarian regime in the same way that the Soviet Union was. And it was Pope John Paul II that stood up to the Soviet Union towards the end, towards the 1970s, that gave birth to the Solidarity Movement. He came to Warsaw. He presided over mass in Warsaw.
Where is Pope Francis, the current pope, standing up against today’s totalitarianism and today’s godlessness, the march of which continues on in the over the secularization of Western society?
I would ask Pope Francis to please stand with the faith, the faith that’s been under attack. We’ve had churches burned here in the United States. We had Catholic Saints statues torn down in Turkey, they are reverting the Christian church, the Hagia Sophia, back into a mosque. This is something everyone is doing.
And so I understand that Pope Francis did express his regret for this, but I would encourage him to stand up to these illiberal forces, to stand up to these atheist forces, because his role is that of the pope, the leader of our faith. And I would encourage him to defend us when we’re facing so many threats from outside.
We and our television have started a campaign to support Donald Trump after the hate he received visiting the St. John’s Church in Washington, holding up a Bible. So we invite our viewers to join the action as well and hashtag #ChristiansForUSA and #ChristiansforTrump.
Yeah. So please do it if you want to, you can also join us, Jack, in this campaign and share it on Twitter with your followers as well.
To finish up, I want to ask you a personal question about one of your tweets. You quite often tweet about Jesus and your faith. And you’ve mentioned one of your tweets, something I can quote:
“Admit that you’re a sinner, that you need God’s help. Be willing to change your mind and turn from your sin. Believe that Jesus Christ died for you, was buried, and rose from the dead. Ask Jesus into your heart to become your personal Lord and Savior. Can you just briefly expand on what you mean by those few words?”
Admit that you are a sinner and that you need God's help
Be willing to change your mind and turn from your sin
Believe that Jesus Christ died for you, was buried, and rose from the dead
Ask Jesus into your heart to become your personal Lord and Savior
Well, you know, I mean, in terms of that, I’ve been blessed in this world, to have a Twitter account and have a social media platform that’s given me the ability to spread a lot of messages to the world. And it’s giving me a platform that I really didn’t expect to have.
I initially signed up for Twitter just so I could spend time while I was on deployment in the military. Just something to do and talk about TV shows and movies. And now here I am with this incredible platform and so many wonderful followers. I’ve been retweeted by the president number of times and I appreciate him for that.
And so going back to my Catholic faith, going back to my roots, what I think about how I’d like to use this platform to do good in the world and how I would like to use this platform to spread anything that I can, you know, whether you call it digital evangelism or not, it’s, you know: Christ tells us in the Bible to spread the good news.
And so even though I’m more known for commenting on politics or commenting on pop culture, I do try to do as much as I can to spread that good news to the world. And hopefully, just hope that word will fall on fertile ground, on fertile soil, and that people will look to it and understand that even in this world that we live in, that is full of nihilism, postmodernism, secularism, to understand that the faith is still there, that God is still there, that Christ is still there. And if you choose to accept Him and if you choose to come back to the Church, you choose to come back to the faith that you will always be welcomed with open arms.
Jack Posobiec, thank you much for being with us today and for sharing this amazing insight. Anything you want to share with our Polish viewers before we finish up here?
Well, I just say that: stay strong, Poland. The United States stands with you. You have stood against the forces of fascism, communism, and imperialism, time and time again. Poland was partitioned, Poland was occupied. But Poland never failed, Poland never quit, and Poland never surrender. And I say thank you to everyone in Poland today that continues to keep that spirit alive, that has kept the Polish people alive for the entire history. Thank you.
Thank you very much Jack. And we also want to thank our American friends. And Poland, of course, stands with the US. Thank you very much for being with us and for sharing this information.
